I reserved the van for 24 hours, thinking I could load it on the first day. However, the van smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, so I didn't want to leave my stuff in it overnight. This made me 25 minutes late when returning the van, and I was charged an extra day fee of $19.95. I don't think it's fair to charge me extra when I couldn't load early due to the cigarette smell.

This store is horrible by charging two days for a 12-hour rental. It refused refund after contacting its headquarter.

While the staff at the location are pretty decent, the online process is a joke. They called my employer, asked for 2 references, knowing I was renting the truck at 6. Now, I have to sit for an hour and wait for the store to open, because I couldn’t get the second reference to answer. The required information should be clarified prior to clicking the “pick up truck” option after you’ve already arrived. 2 references or a picture (not uploaded) lease information is required. It’s horrible that I have movers ready and there’s no other tools to provide you all can provide to help with this. Do yourself a favor and just do Penske or Budget…unless you can go to the store during business hours

After 3 hours of running to 2 different locations and over an hour on the phone with uhaul, this location solved my needs. Very friendly front desk staff. Clean environment and the truck was clean and easy to operate.The staff at this location made everything so easy after such run around we had been through all day.

Be aware. The store here did not honor reservation and they would tell you they did not have the truck and move you to another location. If you did not comply, your reservation was cancelled.

booked a uhaul a week ago at this location & they last minute changed my reservation to 20 minutes away and then the new location did not have a truck for me. We did not even have a truck to move my things today. Very poor business management and customer service.

Answer the phone when customers call about their reservation. I called on May 15, 2023 about returning the truck. No answer. I contacted customer support. Also had a very poor experience with the movers “205 Live.” I don’t recommend them.

Kelsey is so sweet. The manager there is not the nicest. Not sure what's going on with that and they aren't available after hours if you have emergencies even though it claimed they are. But I give 3 stars because of Kelsey and some of the office folks who are nicer and also the location is convenient. However, between the crabby manager and the trucks being parked all over that you can't find parking, I'm not able to give a higher rating.

A bit difficult at this location. The manager who lives here is not very helpful or knowledgeable either and has a bad attitude towards customers. Another symptom of the times we are living in, no one wants to work so the only ones that do are usually not the most qualified. U-Haul overall has declined in customer service, sadly. I actually had a trailer they had hitched to my vehicle come off half a mile after driving away. This happened TWICE with U-Haul rentals (not this location by the way). No one knows what they're doing anymore... Not trained and no one cares about customer satisfaction.

Do NOT use uhaul for any of your moving needs. They are all rude and failed to meet my reservation that I booked over 2 weeks ago. Go to metro moving company instead! They are super nice and extremely helpful!
