Staff is relatively robotic and corporate initiative on credit card applications is obnoxious. Inventory is so so and prices are higher than other places for the same products.
Edit: seen multiple employees push credit card apps on minors. Predatory credit card application pressure is unacceptable and a disgusting store practice.

I went there today around 1 p.m. to pick up an online order. The lady at the register was very rude, short, and dismissive. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day, but whatever it is, I hope it gets better. I don't plan on returning to this location.

I was totally shocked when I went into the store to buy few items for someone and the sales woman said it’s over there and it’s not my job to take you where the items are. The store was not busy. I blame all of this on the manager for poorly training his/her staff. My thought was why are you working here then. I will never go back in that store. If she did her job she might have gotten me to buy more. Is so sad this manager has let their staff down not caring about its customers. The cashier checking out was the only bright spot in my visit.

I went on my afternoon off to get a Christmas gift for my mom. While in the store no one would help me or speak to me; frustrated, I placed an online order and waited around for an hour and a half. Staff said my order was not ready because it had not been two hours, and acted as if they were doing me a favor by trying to get it ready before. Staff could not find my product, then sent another staff member to go look for my product. There was no customer service staff did not apologize for not having my product and were checking out another customer and while telling me they did not have my product. The manager in charge was very unhelpful and had no customer service skills, and seemed too busy to be helpful. However, Hannah was very nice and tried very hard to find my product.

Placed an online order, they let me wait around for 3 hours before eventually telling me it was out of stock so I was SOL. Hannah was nice and tried her best to help, but Nichole (or whatever the managers name was) was the rudest person I have ever interacted with in a professional setting. I don’t know where Ulta found her, or what motivated them to give her a management position, but they need to rethink that decision for the sake of their business.

Favorite Ulta store BY FAR! The staff is always nice and is always ready to help when needed. Dalton has helped me find so many amazing products for my skin as well as helped my husband on many occasions. I love going into this location and buying all of my skincare, hair care and makeup products!

I’m not the type of person to leave reviews on things but I definitely don’t want another woman or any person for that matter to go through what I had to while working here. I made the managers aware that I’m pregnant in my first trimester and in the end it was completely used against me and I was 100% discriminated by the management for it. She was comparing me to how she was in her pregnancy and basically completely invalidating my feelings because as we know every pregnancy is different and every woman handles it differently. Not only that but I had so many issues with just the job in general but I won’t get into that. My overall point here though is if you’re pregnant they will not prioritize your health. They say they do but they don’t but god bless and I hope it’s found in their heart to learn from this and not treat anyone this way.
