UPS has changed the dates several times apologizing and keep leaving the packages in the rain. I called several times being that I just left after they didn't show for the 3rd time. Now they are saying for an additional fee they can reschedule. I spoke to several customer agents of UPS. I paid over $600+169 for shipping only to be told we apologize for the delays but you have to pay more per package being delivered or picked up from the facility. Oh, and of course NO SUPERVISORS were around. A business with no supervisors present. No wonder! I called several times already and actually spoke to people with no help at all. Highly doubt social media will help resolve the issue.
Today they lied to the seller and said it was delivered yesterday not realizing I have cameras on my property 🙃

UPS is the ABSOLUTE WORST when it comes to temperature controlled items. I work at a Milk Bank and they messed up five different times in one month by returning milk to us in torn up packages, milk completely thawed and ruined and one time they returned it in a taped up trash bag when it was heading to a hospital. This is food! Who in their right mind puts food in the trash bag especially for nutrition for babies in the NICU. Get it together UPS.

I have always loved UPS over anyone else, this time they went above and beyond...it's been raining all day and when my packages were delivered they had been placed and tied in a plastic bag...thank you for your extra care!!!!!
