About 2 weeks ago my husband contacted Dallas at this UPS store about mailing a dirtbike to Alaska. He was 100% helpful, quick, and packed that bike so well it was in perfect condition when it arrived. While working on packing and prepping for shipping Dallas was in contact with us every step of the way. Not to mention we got the bike in less than a week. I was 100% pleased with the service I received!

This is the fastest, most efficient UPS store that I have ever been to in my life. The whole staff was happy and friendly and seemed like they really wanted to be there. I even met the two new owners, an engaged couple. They are DEFINITELY off to a GREAT START‼️‼️‼️ I won't be going ANYWHERE else for my shipping needs. I don't usually leave reviews, but these guys went above and beyond! I would give them ten stars if I could. I wish you all the luck in the wirld‼️‼️‼️?

Thanks so much for being the BEST store chain in Birmingham! Milan, Sam and Dallas are so patient and friendly. I drive from across town to this location. I've been to all the UPS stores from Homewood to Pelham. This one is by far the best! All but one other store have clerks that are unfriendly and impatient and uncaring. Definitely worth the extra drive time. Thanks guys! ?

Had an incredible experience last week at UPS with Dallas and Sam.This location is my semi-weekly trip for Amazon returns which is always a smooth and easy process. The group is always friendly and gets folks out in and out as soon as possible.My small business needed to get equipment returned from a remote worker. Not knowing where to start, I reviewed options with Dallas for how to best send out and receive packaging to my employee in California. After carefully constructing the box and plan, the cost ended up, unfortunately, not being worth it. Still, with a customer service smile and attitude, we looked at alternative options and decided the laptop return was all we really needed. We carefully reviewed the instructions and sent the package on its way. All in all, i felt so bad that I took so much of his time, but he wanted to ensure I had an excellent experience and got my package and questions completed/answered. Thank you all so much for your friendliness and patience.

This UPS is amazing! We had a fine art emergency & needed to have a painting packed & shipped ASAP. UPS & manager Milan were amazing, communication was excellent, service was excellent, & they got the painting out safe & fast! They saved us a client, & a major headache. We'll be using them for all out shipping out of the Mountain Brook/Birmingham area!

We love this UPS store in Mountain Brook! We recommend to everyone! The staff is great and the new owners are awesome! They can handle all your needs with shipping and all type of print stuff! Banners, brochures, flyers etc. Our business cards came out great!! Thank you again!
