Every time I go in, there’s a gentleman there willing and able to help with anything. His employee number is 325502. I don’t know his name I I’ll ask him the next time I go in. He’s always busy, productive, juggles customers and sticky situations with ease. This guy needs a raise just for being the delight he is. I just wanna say thank you to the guy with a very large earrings that wears a hat. Thank you for being a good person even in the morning even when your words don’t come out right. ;)

I couldn’t have asked for a better experienced when returning a few items at this location. Austin went above and beyond to help and was so kind and friendly! Justin was also very helpful! I will come to this location for all shipping needs moving forward because of the Austin and Justin.

This store tried to charge me $192 to mail a regular first class greeting card to Atlanta. I told them it should be closer to $1 maybe. They argued and countered with $100 dollars before I finally convinced them it should be probably 2 forever stamps, at most. They finally came around and mailed it for $1.72 but only after threatening me. I've been there before and was well helped by a nice man( maybe Indian) but these 2 were different.

I’ve had several Amazon returns lately and they took care of me. Really appreciate your help too. I’m disabled and they helped me with the door etc.
only 1/3 mile from the house.

I came in the store to return Amazon items. There was a lady in front of me. While waiting one female associate was saying how she was busy consolidating 7 Amazon boxes now and couldn’t help and seemed frustrated by the fact that we had Amazon returns. While waiting the male associate told me I could use the self service center. No problem. I went and scanned my returns. The 2nd one the label caught printing and ripped and when I hit continue it said see associate. So I finished and got in line. He asked “what do you need?”. I said the machine said see associate. He said “why” I said I don’t know the label ripped and it said see associate. He said “the label is fine just peel from the other end” I asked if I could get a receipt bc I was scared the ripped label may cause an issue. He said “I can’t give you one the machine does that” I said well it didn’t give me one. He said it will be fine. I said “I’m just going to go to the other UPS store”. The whole way out he was saying “I can rescan it for you”. So there was a fix he just didn’t want to help me at first. I try to give people grace bc I know if you are busy it’s easy to get irritated, but to just plain say you can’t help me until I say I’m going to a different store? Needless to say I will not be back to that location. If they don’t want to deal with Amazon returns, they don’t need to take them.
