Worst- Call the "customer support line" it's a nightmare to get a live person. When you do they don't have any of the correct information. I called the day prior to the delivery to remove the signature required status.Agent 1 does that. But not really because they attempted delivery but didn't leave it. Why - because they can't remove the signature required from sprint. Then I spoke with a supervisor who scheduled my shipment for the next day. - HappyThen the next day comes and instead they return it to Sprint / T Mobile. They can get it texas over night but to my house in alabama 20 miles from where it was ... No. Not Happy.Customer service guy 2 says we can turn it around. Then Derrick from Birmingham says everything everyone else told me is wrong. Sorry they created this issue but they can't do anything to fix it. Then said since I was upset ended the call. I did not use curse words, I didn't threaten him. I know the rules of service. Worst delivery service hands down. DO NOT USE them they do not care about you, your packages, or the service they seem to be unable to provide.

I asked her name she said Deon the. She says if leavings a good Review I’m Roxane. Well she was rude from the start. Told to me leave a 5:51. Actually her words ( GET OUT). The cameras don’t lie I’m sure you guys have audio on the cameras.. Go For It 2/27/23

Do not go to this location thinking they open at 7:30 AM. No one around I finally left at 7:45 AM. I do not plan on returning to this location.

I chatted with Dalia. She was very helpful and answered all my questions concerning my (Service). I believe she had my interest at heart and was very helpful. I was provided excellent customer service. All responses were prompt and professional.

The last four years I have lived downtown Birmingham. I found this UPS store on day one. Right up the street is a competitor. I made friends with the associates. The manager is a great woman that works extremely hard. I always feel welcome when I go in and always get a smile. Not only do I do packages, I also do printing and other items. It is the best value, not always. Is it worth any premium I have paid. Absolutely. We owe our local businesses our support especially when they do their best to make us happy.

If you are thinking of going to the US Post Office or the UPS store, go to this UPS store. These employees saved me from insanity. At the post office I waited in line just for them to tell me I had to individually type out the addresses on a machine outside for 33 packages which took probably one minute per package. On top of that, there is a maximum of 20 packages. When I went to pay for the first 20, they would not accept my card. I left in a rage and drove myself to the UPS store where an angel disguised as a Canadian took all of the packages from me, wrote down a phone number for payment once they had processed everything, and sent me on my way. Time=saved. That probably took me a grand total of 3 minutes in the store. US postal service=bad, this UPS store=the gates of heaven.

Everyone at this location is always very helpful. Yesterday 2 male employee's were walking past my car that wouldn't start and offered assistance. Then I walked inside to see if someone had jumper cables and Mr. Larry called CAP for me and stayed outside until they were able to come and jump my car off. They went above and beyond for me...THANK YOU!!!!
