Worker still wearing a mask 😷 🙄, warning labels to stay 6ft apart everywhere. It's August 2025!!! 3:30 in the afternoon, busy time, plexiglass where the pin pads should be(haven't seen this in anyother state but here) usps bins holding pinpads for customers to tap, somehow I don't think that is US government code. DEI on steroids and not one oppressed worker, but the place feels like it hasn't been cleaned in forever. Lots of nice cars in parking lot, where is everyone? Can't you clean, mow, trim take some pride in your job, your getting paid well. I should have went to UPS, cheaper, cleaner way more efficient, no masks. Who entrusts these people with their mail in ballots 🗳 🤔 yikes

Dropped off a pre-paid eBay package around 5:45pm July 31st. It is now Monday August 4th and my package has still not been scanned in and received. Can't trust USPS to do their jobs. Taking my business to UPS and FedEx instead.

Very friendly workers dealing with stressed out customers on this stressful day (tax day). One worker standing at the door to manually postmark everyone’s returns while also helping them buy postage at the machine. And doing so with a huge smile, even though it was right up against closing time. Just super impressed with the attitudes of everyone!!

Mail carriers are not doing their jobs right I was supposed to receive package on yesterday and it states it was delivered however it was not delivered. This is the 2nd time this happened . Get your workers together you can’t pick and choose on when you want to successfully do your job properly. I don’t purchase items just for them to not be delivered .

How do you lose a huge box? My package is missing and awaiting shipping since dec 19. When or how do I resolve this?! I am livid like I don’t understand. was it stolen????

I was having issues getting an international package delivered to my house. When I contacted the local USPS number, Dylan (manager/PO) & the mail carrier guy (sorry idk the name) resolved the issue. I couldn't pick up the package because my car was in maintenance. So I appreciate them being patient with me on the phone and making sure I got my package redelivered.

They let the worker steal from us! I ordered some shoes and never received them and they not even trying to find them or contact me with info they haven’t gave me my money back or anything! I hate these folks but I will be reporting them to the better bureau and filing a complaint! I’m getting my lawyer to look into them and suing them for stealing and not refund my money! They won’t even investigate they people but if I find out the person I’m prosecute them!

How does a post office receive a package at 3:30am and it not be delivered that day? This post office just keeps getting worse. They need a complete overhaul of employees. Because the ones they have aren’t working. I want to give them negative 5 stars. This happens way too much. Update package was never delivered it was either stolen or it fell into a warp hole.
