I live at Homewood and it’s been 3 package so far that I have no received! The mark the package as “delivered”. Why kind of costumer service is this?

I rushed minutes after 5 to this location as per google maps and couldn’t turn off lakeshore due to gate. I wish looking it up on google wouldn’t told me . Uh. Hem...?
