Attendant was incredibly rude to me because I didn’t know how to ship a package. I ended up deciding to take my business to UPS instead because of it.

Pay for a PO Box here. They continually hold my packages behind the counter and don’t put them in my box. I’m paying extra for a larger box but they continue to do this even with the smallest parcels. Why did I pay extra for more space? Unbelievably inconvenient for those of us who work.

They routinely do no open at the posted time of 8:30. Don't come before nine unless you want to wait in the lobby with no AC.
