My items are being ripped from the packaging (you can see finger indents) the local post office won't answer and IDK what else to do because I received free items and reviews items and I can't get those back

I would give zero stars, mail does fine going through the system till it gets to Birmingham, then it gets lost. I am about done with the USPS!!!!!

Wish I could give zero stars. These people don’t have a CLUE as to what they are supposed to be doing! They have sent my package (a delivery i’m waiting on) to Talladega, and then it came back to them and they sent it to Knoxville TN!! I live in Odenville AL!!!! Unacceptable - this package should have delivered to me days ago! ??

Today I went to the downtown Birmingham Post Office because I needed help with a difficult mail issue. I was greeted by Jeremy at the lobby entrance, who listened to a short portion of my story. Jeremy directed me to the mail clerks for assistance. I was fortunate to have Cassandra available to assist me. After carefully listening to my concern, she quickly turned to her computer and fixed the issue. I left very impressed with my visit to the Downtown Birmingham Post Office. Thank you Jeremy and Cassandra.

Many complain about how digital means are taking jobs... there are no mail forwarding forms at this location, so I'm forced to go online.

I had a great experience applying for a first time passport. Martha helped us and was very kind! 2 other locations in the Birmingham area had horrible reviews and I was never able to get anyone to answer the phone. I highly recommend the Birmingham post office if you need a passport or need to renew one!

We had a great experience here getting our first passport for our toddler! We made an appointment online ahead of time and Martha helped us and was so sweet to our son. She made sure we had everything we needed. They have the forms printed out there if you need them. We accidentally printed ours front and back and had to redo it while we were there. It has to be one sided page. They also do photos and took his picture! It was all in all a great experience.
