I do not usually leave reviews, but this had to be stated. I’m not sure of this lady’s name, but the lady there that typically takes care of passports is awfully rude with a disgusting attitude! She’s black/African American with twisted red locs. Everyone else seems so nice, but unfortunately my experience had to be with her. She was rude the day I made an appointment and the day I came in to get the passport. So be on standby.

Natasha was amazing!! I had a lot of questions regarding my passport and she helped walk me through everything and made the experience very smooth! I’ve never had an experience this good at a post office. Thank you Natasha!

Natasha was an incredible help with assisting me in renewing my passport. She communicated clearly and listed out everything that I needed as well as what to budget for when renewing a passport. She was extremely friendly and kind! Thanks for the help!

PASSPORT: 11:15am Wednesday (1/17/2024)I arrived 15 minutes early. Very short wait as two people were ahead of me turning in their passport application. The staff was polite and straight forward. Show up early and make sure you have come prepared. They will take your picture if you need. Overall very good experience. This is the place to go for passports!

I highly recommend this office with professional, attentive, patient, calm, and friendly staff to everyone! I like to send parcels and letters without haste and fuss. An atmosphere of this office helps to concentrate and not to miss important details or make mistakes.

I left here 20 minutes ago. I came to mail a Priority Express package. There was one employee there, helping a family of 4 to get passports. She didn't acknowledge to tell me she's going to get help, or to wait if I wanted. I stood in line 6 minutes to no avail. The rudest experience ever. This review deserves zero stars, instead of one. She could have acknowledged the fact that she was the only employee working instead of ignoring me like I'm invisible. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE.

irresponsible people work! several times the parcels just disappeared, it’s not clear where and the torn package was brought to me by strangers!!! This time, when the parcel was already on delivery, they simply sent my goods back to the sender without warning and without any reason !!!!! I sincerely hope that the people who work there will be treated everywhere with the same disrespect and rudeness! terrible service!!!!

I just left , and my husband and I had a great experience here . The ladies there are so nice and patient with us . I cannot express how grateful we are for their help and patience with us applying for our first passports. Thanks again ladies !

My teenage children and I had a wonderful experience with their passport renewal. Michelle, Usps , was a delight to work with and i appreciate her accommodating us when my college daughter was late to the appointment. She made the process painless and actually fun.
