Postal service in West end is a joke man I can deliver mail better than these ppl how u ship to packages going to the same location and one arrives and the other one is in space🥱🤨🤷🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️

Website is trash..just changing my address was an issue they have no help center just ask for more of your information with no results.

Went to post office to see why package was marked as undeliverable. They said my home is vacant. Yet mail was delivered the same day AND delivered the next day. It’s another case of postal person doing the bare minimum. USPS doesn’t believe in customer service.
