Was sent an email saying my package was at the PO. Drove across town to the PO only to be told it was delivered to my house. Never got another email saying it was delivered.

This post office is really run down and in bad shape. I've only ever seen one person working inside. However, the postal workers have always been kind and helpful.

The automated system sucks, in the time I could have spoken to someone about my question I have to go through 3-4 different layers or automated responses that aren't even helpful. Plus the direct number that's listed isn't working. Extremely inconvenient and frustrating.

This is the worst place EVER. I showed up in uniform to mail two boxes overseas because our unit had members deployed during the holidays. First off, they charged me $200 which is asinine when you’re shipping to a military installation. Second, the boxes NEVER made it to the location. 200 USD! TRASH TRASH TRASH

Mannnn listen Cassandra at the front counter is the rudest person I ever seen. I literally have no words but it took everything in me not to as nasty as she was. Sometimes you can kill a person with kindness. I guess she didn’t get anything for Valentine’s Day because her attitude showed it.

Our new mail carrier is so late and even when it says we are getting mail we receive nothing alot of days. He must have changed the route up from previous lady. Not dependable person.

I pay for a p o box at 35206 post office in and they already lock the doors at 5pm which is inconvenient for paying customers and NOW TODAY THURS.7/6/23 I came to get my mail and the doors are locked with a note saying they’ll be back at 1:30 this service is rediculous and I’m really sick of the awful service when I pay almost a $100 every 6mos.

I've never complained about my packages dropped off at my neighbor's, or just missing period, but Today They dropped of mail at my Birmingham home, that was intended to go to someone GEORGIA. It is from US customs and states that the package contains medication. I have called over and over for them to come get it. It would just ring and ring, and now it gives a busy signal like it is disconnected.I am going to have it sent back, but these people really do not care! They just don't pay attention.And when you actually go in there, they're just sitting around on their phone. Paper and boxes and just trash all over the place including the floor. Nothing has been cleaned in a long time in that lobby.I feel bad for anyone who has any important mail coming through this office!Today's workforce needs a major clean up. Pure laziness.

Never had a problem with this postal in 20 years till today. They said they attempted to deliver a package when I was home no doorbell ring and nobody on my cameras on the time they say the delivery was attempted.If you can nobody picks up I hear but for me someone did pick up and said someone very rudely and hung up in my face. Which was the operator supposedly, why is it hard to place someone on hold or take a message concerning their issue. If everyone their did their jobs correctly there would be almost no one call anyway. I had to file a complaint with USPS and AIG about this terrible conduct. Hopefully someone will be out of a job soon and we can get staff that are good with customer service.

can somebody do something about the staff here service its terrible, always in bad moodany questions that you have must of them always give you that look like you are dombnot willing to help with missing mail they just say they dont know and thats all you can do what ever you want they just dont know
