Terrible post office. Went into this post office to mail out an already completed passport renewal and the lady that worked there looked at me dead in my face and said, "we don't handle passports at this location, you'll need to go downtown." I told her it's already complete and I just need to mail it out and she wouldn't help me, she just repeated her goofy comment... Went to this place one time and it'll definitely be my last.

Lady behind the counter and manager were very understanding and professional. I think they are doing the best they can. Maybe accountability is hard to keep track of. But it's so discouraging to keep getting packaged lost 2 to 3 times a year or delivered to the wrong address. So I went and purchased a PO Box thinking that would cut down on lost packages. Apparently not, my packages was delivered on 10/25/23 and lost. So no luck with purchasing a PO Box. Very frustrating. Maybe I am the only person that deals with lost packages

This post office is a very pleasant place they're some caring people they're friendly you get in and out nice and clean.

These so call postal are not worth the money they are paid.ive gotten mail in my box since 7.30 this morning and 2 mail trucks have gone by. They all need to be fired and hire folks that want to work for there money

Paid for a mailbox key june 25 2021. Still have not received a key, the office just hangs the phone up when you call. Staff is rude and the post master does not care about any issues presented to her. 10/10 should be closed.
