Paid for a mailbox key june 25 2021. Still have not received a key, the office just hangs the phone up when you call. Staff is rude and the post master does not care about any issues presented to her. 10/10 should be closed.

so here's my story I had two packages that I was looking for... one they updated me all 11.30.20 and told me they had received it and it would be delivered on that day.. never got it even asked the carrier she said she didn't have it now 12.01 its out for delivery never seen the postman time was suppose to be between 11:30-330 pm then it changed to 6:30 by this time my son had already seen the mail truck drive past our house ok around 540 I see the mail truck go up the street from my house 6:04 pm I get an alert my package is being sent back because of an invalid address how could that be when nobody on my street received any mail on 12.01 so basically the driver didn't feel like delivering my packages so he/she lied and said there was no address but when I called customer service even she said your address is right here.. 1 star is too good to given them honestly

the lady with the short red hair that works at the front desk COUNTER is very lazy and always thinks she can tell you what you can do and cannot do.... she did not even scan my package because it has CLEAR tape over the label which is not true then tried to make me wear a mask when its not even MANDATORY!!!!!!

horrible horrible horrible mail service. terrible mail service. no stars i have been calling for a full hour back to back no one answer the phone. i suppose to have receive a large package sign for the mail person took package to another address and the person at that house sign for and the post office could not get it back. I have paid for a package that the post office dellivered to wrong address and now i cannot get them to response to me . they have admitted they delivered to wrong address and can't get it back.

Package went from one side of Texas to Atlanta and left there in a day but will sit in this facility for over a week with no update. Wish I could rate no stars

This is just plain ridiculous. They keep delivering my mail to someone esp who likes to return to sender vs just give me my mail. Oh and if your package needs a signature you SOL. They will automatically hit no one home to sign and force you to drive there. Worst SERVICE EVER.
