UPDATE - I switched to AT&T when I found out that their identical plan is a third of the price with real customer service representatives that are willing to help. Gave Verizon a chance to make things right by following their link to an "issue resolution contact form" - they never followed up with me once I filled out that form. Took less than 20 minutes to sign up and transfer my number to an AT&T number. 10/10 would recommend swapping to AT&T.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Sales representative has a terrible attitude and was extremely rude to me when I was questioning cost surrounding a phone upgrade. She was not disclosing all available offers to boost her commission.

Did exactly what I expected, swapped broken sim to e sim. No transaction, little issues tech had but he stayed calm, got me out quick. Thanks guys!

I came to the 280 Iverness Verzion store, and was helped by Caroline. She was so helpful, patient and kind. She resolved all of the issues in a most professional manner. She is to be commeded and affirmed.

Antonio is the absolute best Verizon Specialist!! His willingness to go above and beyond was like no other. It is evident that his level of customer service and knowledge of his job is exceptional. After being on the phone for almost 4 hours on 3 separate occasions, Antonio was able to resolve my issue within an hour and I was headed home more than satisfied. If every associate would handle situations with customers as he did, Verizon would be a much better business. He needs to be a corporate trainer for new associates and call center representatives. Thank you Antonio for your phenomenal service. My family and I truly appreciate you.

I was just in this location and was standing in the store almost 15 mins and 1 person other than being signed in spoke to me another employee looked straight at me and turned his head like I was not standing their while one was trying to flirt with a customer instead of doing his job If it's like that at this location I definitely will never walk into this location again if I could do 0 stars that is still being nice The employees at this location are not reliable or respectful treatment like this is the reason Verizon is losing customers and after 18 yrs with them possibly 2 more

Jimmy A. made our process of getting a new phone so seamless and stress free! We were in and out in less than an hour and had everything we needed. He was very nice, welcoming, and knowledgeable.

Great experience. Jimmy was very helpful. I brought in my old phones after trading them in online and he was able to verify the trade in credit while I waited. Took less than 10 minutes. He did admit that occasionally the system won’t let them do it, but when it does work, it’s a better way than shipping your old phone in. Thanks!

Great staff and service at the 280 location. I would highly recommend the two Managers, Breanna and Marshall to family or friends. They are knowledgeable and flat out assets to the company.
