I've had Verizon for almost 20 years and I have never received such poor service until yesterday. My son's phone was not working so we came in to get help. Envy, the associate was unfriendly right off the bat. She never looked at the old phone, and instead of asking questions and assisting, I had to ask everything, which she seemed bothered by. Once we picked a new phone she scanned it and sent us on our way, not bothering to help us get it turned on, or even ask if we had any questions. When we got home the phone would not go into setup and I ended up having to go to another Verizon store were it was discovered she never activated the Sim card. Horrible service and I will never go back. Envy needs a lesson in good customer service.

Envy was the young lady that helped me and my daughter with selecting a plan and phones that we wanted. She was very friendly and helpful throughout the visit.

The manager of this location “assisted” us for over two hours. Multiple people being “helped” before us left after multiple hours of waiting for help to finish their set-up at home. The other employees seem to be helpful, but this was an overall horrible experience and a waste of time.

Colby was not helpful at all. We came in for two new phones, a new line, and a line transfer. We left with one phone that was not even set up with a verizon account. I asked for a new phone and Colby told me "You can just order one online and come pick it up in store." Then we requested to move a line over from one account to another account. He told me "Just call customer service when you leave." I called customer service and then did not receive help from there. Colby told my husband that he can easily just set up his phone when he leaves. We left the store at 5:15PM, they close at 6PM. He rushed us out the store. We are still trying to set up his account at 8:10PM. This was by far the worst customer experience I have ever had and I have been with verizon since I was 12 with my family. If I could give a 0 star, I would. GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!Edit Next Day: Husband's phone doesnt have cell service and is in SOS mode like he doesnt have a cell line. We walked out of verizon with a new phone that we didn't have to pay for because "It is part of a deal." So, if you want a brand new phone with no strings attached and no downpayment or cellular plan just walk right in to this store and ask for Colby. He will give you a phone, look like he is working and setting you up, and you walk out and go to AT&T and set up a cellular plan with them. Thanks for the free phone!

This store is trash. I ordered a wifi setup and had it sent to this exact location. With me working and getting off in the evening I'm thinking I could call up there and talk with someone about my order. You can not get ahold of anyone in the store! I had Verizon customer service call and they wouldn't answer for them either online it advertised they closed at 7pm but it's really 6pm. They sent my device back and I couldn't reach no representative of the store to even have a chance of getting my item.

Paris at this location is amazing...a HUGE help, she spent hours trying to fix my account. HOWEVER, Verizon as a whole is terrible...I gave them everything correct to port my numbers correctly. Their system did not set my account up correctly, 2 of my 4 ported lines got lost in their system, one they finally got attached to my account after a handful of days, one number which I've had over 10yrs was permanently lost. This lost number caused severe problems as I had recently applied for several positions and no longer had the number on my resume. Then because the account was messed up all my bring your own device credits aren't showing up until the 3rd billing cycle, causing my bill to be $120 per month too high....so much for the credit being "every month" as the advertising states. This is on top of the initial sales person lieing to me about the first month being for two months (which I specifically asked about) I've spent approx 35 hrs dealing with all this during my first month with Verizon. They did remove all the $35 activation fees after I told them I wasn't paying money for this kind of activation service.RUN RUN RUN.....but if you need help with your account (which I'm sure you will), Paris at this location is a EXCELLENT Verizon employee. They need to make her someone high up at corporate so she can fix their huge corporate problems.
