Vineyard Vines is the best brand for clothes that look good and feel great.
The people in this store are incredibly kind and helpful. Zander went above and beyond to help me find a gift for my granddaughter. I’m very grateful for his kind assistance.

Clothing is great. But my word the kid who helped me might have been the most disrespectful person i’ve ever dealt with while at the summit. I was being helped by a bit that starts with the letter T and he was unbelievably short with me and i felt judged for even walking in the store by him. I would encourage people to but clothing from this store but the customer service by this specific individual is not the best.

I had been there two years ago and not 'one' associate even spoke to me - so I left. This week I returned again and the folks actually greeted me at the door and a nice lady helped me pick out a great shirt. Which I purchased and left as a happy customer. Many Thanks.

8/5/21 3:45 p.m. I was on my way home from Tennessee to Florida when I stopped in this location to replace a shirt that I had torn. When I walked in I was greeted by the 2 associates ( young men) and quickly dismissed while they argued over who was a better photoshop expert. As I browsed the limited inventory I found 3 different shirts that would suit my needs. I was unable to locate the size I needed and asked for assistance. One associate seemed put-off that I was interrupting his photoshop debate while the other kept talking. The associate walked over to where I was and asked what size I needed. He glanced at some bins, said, "We don't have it, go online, sorry." and quickly returned to his photoshop conversation. I asked him to check the stock room and he again directed me to go online. I understand help is hard to come by, during these times but it was quite clear this kid was just working for the clothing discounts and not the customer service.

This was the absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had in retail... It was so SLOW that it took the staff 25 minutes just to ring up my three items. Also one of the staff would not stop asking me personal questions and judging me when I refused to answer the question. If I am paying the high prices that I pay for those clothes, then I should have a quick and friendly service. Instead I received an incompetent cashier and an overbearing staff.

Drove to Summit on a Saturday 6:30 and they were closed. Website said they were open until 8:00

The store had very little product in it. The employees were not helpful and were busy boxing up merchandise over helping customers. I mostly shop online for my Vineyard Vines merchandise and I will continue to shop online and not in store.
