“I have diabetes and other health issues, those cause lows in magnesium, iron, etc.
My doc told me to buy Centurion’s liquid Iron supplement “Wee Care” (up to 15mg per serving) and Nature Made’s Iron gummies (9mg per gummy).
For 7 months I took Wee Care on Mondays and Thursdays (30mg total), then Nature Made on Wednesdays and Sundays (18mg).
The good news is the supplements are WORKING.
PLEASE, DON’T TAKE IRON, OR ANY OTHER SUPPLEMENTS, UNLESS DOC SAYS to (multi-vitamins usually give enough to help your body, if you don’t eat fruit and veggies).
I REMOVED ONE STAR because:
- They are struggling to get, and keep, FDA approval.
- They are expensive if paying out of pocket ($27.97/per bottle) because my insurance declined. They give a discount if you can afford to buy 6+ bottles. Looks like it’s up to $5 off each bottle. I save $20-25 back each month and put in envelope, by the time I am halfway through the 5th month, I am able to reorder 6 bottles.

The two young men who helped me were so nice, and they were so knowledgeable too. The store was very clean, the products were just what I was looking for. Gordon, (don't know other guy's name ), were very pleasant, and did not make me feel if ignorant for having questions about fitness products. Believe me, I have been in enough fitness product stores to know how it feels to get the eye-roll, the chuckle, etc, just because I asked what they thought was a silly question.
