Don't know who the new man was that was working the front and photos on 5/27 at 1:45 (not usual elderly man and elderly lady that are SO nice). Tall big guy. He basically yelled at me because he couldn't understand my last name when I picked up photos, and when he checked me out, never said a word! Not thank you, nothing! Usually pleasant experience there, but that guy needs to have an attitude change or be gone!

This Walgreens pharmacy does not take initiative to fill prescriptions that are called in or sent over by the doctor. Every time I get medication called in, I have to call and ask it to be filled. Then it takes 3 days for them to fill it, (not refill), even though my doctor prescribed the medication to be taken twice a day. This will be the 4th day without my medication, and every time I call they increase the time by 2 hours of when it will be ready. I will be switching pharmacies this week and if your medication is essential to be on time with refills and filling, I suggest you do the same.

I feel like I'm at Walgreens at least once a week. For sure visit more than a couple times a month. The store itself isn't bad! Well organized, always clean, typical convenience store prices as expected. Staff isn't the friendliest, but they do their job. Had a couple issues with the pharmacy though. Whenever I go to get medicine for my epileptic baby, it's always a 50/50 shot on whether or not I'll face a roadblock. There's been a handful of times where I've had to make several phone calls to get another prescription for the same medicine sent in because I was a dose or two short and I couldn't be given the refill yet (because of it being a day or two too soon). It's not necessarily their fault: two of the three meds my son is on are pretty restricted. But how some of them choose to go about it can come across really harshly. In their defense, they're no doubt dealing with lots of rude people and addicts taking advantage of whatever loopholes they can. But I'm there often enough that they don't even ask me how to spell my last name anymore. I don't know, I'm probably complaining over nothing. All of that to say: pretty good pharmacy and convenience store. My go-to for sure!

I came here to pick up some ground coffee and some other necessities. Clean store , friendly staff . They had all the social distancing measures in place and some of the staff were wearing masks. They had everything I was shopping for but , naturally they were out of paper products and cleaning disinfectants. It wasn't many people in the store while I was there so this was a plus! I was able to get checked out quickly. Thankfully, they took Apple Pay; because I had left my debit card at home. ( didn't even know this until I got back home.) This Walgreens is located in the Inverness Corners shopping complex, so there are other great shops in the area. AND Parking!!!!!

Horrible horrible horrible customer service of pharmacy. I have a 30 day prescription that occurs every month and has been at this pharmacy for over a year. Every month without fail they are out of my medicine. So my doctor started ordering it a few days in advance. This caused it to be put on hold requiring my call. So I call in hopes that the advance phone in from my doctor would at least alert them to have it in stock. I call and they promise me the prescription the very next day., I call three days later wondering why it has never shown up as an active order in their App and I am told that no order exists and that they are out of stock.

The employees at this store are all friendly, always ready to help and a pleasure to deal with. We go in here at least once every time we're in Birmingham because it's close to where we stay and it's hands down the best Walgreen's store I've ever been in!!

We just switched from Cvs and we like this Walgreens. The drive thru is really efficient and they move quickly. I had a medicine that was not covered by our insurance formulary and they charged me full price. This last time they gave me a discount card. Frustrating that the discount was not applied last time. Still good place to get your drugs.

This my "go to" Walgreens. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The pharmacy used to be 24 hours but now closes at 10:00pm. If the pharmacy was still 24 hours I would have given them 5 stars.

Use to be a good pharmacy. Now, it takes forever to get your prescription both inside and drive through. Three times they have sent me a notice saying they did not have a medication and would order it. Then when I got there and asked them to check again they did have it. I hate getting the fellow that mumbles and has hair in his eyes. My family has decided to switch to a different pharmacy.

Rude staff. Drive through pharmacy seems to be concerned with filling prescriptions while a patient waits in the drive they no matter how many cars line up behind it. This is when you ask people to pull around.
