After waiting 20 minutes to get them to acknowledge me when I was the only one in the drive through- they told me it would take several hours to fill one RX. No, thank you. Terrible business model and even worse customer service. A total waste of my time. You all have lost my business.

Terrible terrible terrible. Quite possibly the worst pharmacy in Birmingham. They told me my RX would be ready at 12:30 (2.5 hours after it was called in) I go there at ONE and they tell me not only do I not have a RX there I don’t have one at any Walgreens. Then she puts the phone down goes and asks the other employees and comes back and says ok so you do, we are going to need 20-30 m so I come back and they are ALL on lunch for 30 m. What a joke. Thanks for being the ABSOLUTE WORST and making my kid wait on his pain meds. Just close already you are wasting everyone’s time

Slowest inside pharmacy and unbelievably slow drive through I have ever experienced. Otherwise, it is okay.

Spend 10 min waiting for someone to help me at Fedex counter. Fedex told me to go to this place to drop off. I was needing an envelop or small Fedex box to return something. The woman that tried to help me first would not give me a box as she said it was too big for the item I was returning and when I told her it did not matter to me, she informed me that it did to the store because they had to buy the Fedex boxes??? Then tells me she would get the manager to help and he would not even come over and told me that all the fedex packaging was for film drop off?? I must have stupid tattooed across my forehead

Really terrible attitude, they don’t ask to put you on hold and continue to hang up on you after keeping you on hold for over 30 mins. Found myself trying to get in touch with the pharmacy for over an hour and still didn’t get anyone to answer my question until I called the store and spoke to someone. Made atleast 6 calls before I got an answer. Never going there again , got my prescription moved to CVS.

I was on hold for 30 minutes just for the line to hang up I called back for another 30 minutes it said I had 1 call ahead of me then it hang up again. Drive through lines are always 4-5 cars long. If your not calling from a provider number don't even bother

Went by my local Walgreens to pick up a few items. Used their restroom and it was disgusting, and needs a good cleaning. I thought Walgreens was about being healthy? They need someone to clean their bathrooms - it doesn't need to be prefect but at least somewhat clean.

I really like the Walgreens Photo service here. They're always having great specials on prints. The photos seem to turn out pretty good. I do not like their restroom policy because they allow men into the women's restroom. Hopefully they'll change that soon.

This Walgreens pharmacy is basically incompetent.Each time we get a prescription filled there is an issue. The Dr. calls in the prescription and when we come to pick it up they have no record!

Tech is a j**** His name was Kyle. When asked if they could call my dr since the dr called in capsules instead of tablets Kyle said yea but we cant make them prescribe you tablets in a condescending voice, Really, Kyle? I thought you could make a dr do something. Just no reason for this pharmacy to always be unprofessional. When speaking to the store district manager about issues with the Dougbaker pharmacy as well as the Chelsea Pharmacy he said that all the pharmacy's would have issues with insurance codes.....um no, only Walgreens pharmacy's does, CVS either knows more what is going on with insurance codes or they are nicer and more professional since they never give attitude about a code coming up or make you call your insurance to find out what the code means. I mean really, why would I call about a code, isn't that the pharmacist job. At CVS they call about insurance codes without even being asked. Walgreens is going to loose a LOT of business when CVS gets Tricare back in a year or two. Everyone I know that uses Tricare insurance hates Walgreens since they don't know crap about Tricare. What is up Walgreens? CVS pharmacists need to train you on what a real pharmacy looks like. And maybe if Walgreens district manager cared that would help. None the less loosing a LOT of business by having unprofessional techs, cashiers and pharmacists working there.

Always a pleasure to shop and have perscriptions filled at this location!
