Despite how busy it was, Savella took the time to be courteous and was super efficient. It can get crowded but some good folks behind the pharmacy counter doing their best really makes a difference!

Went multiple times to pick up my prescription and was told each time that they forgot to order it. Each time, they forgot to order and was told the same excuse. Please do not use them for their pharmacy if you need your medication.

Went to get a prescription that wasn't ready. They asked me to have a seat. I sat down and waited for an entire hour. When they started to close for lunch I went up to them and asked about my stuff....they forgot about me. I overheard them saying they forgot i was even here, even though they locked eyes with me multiple times! It's nice to know that's how they treat a veteran.

New to town. Gave the pharmacy four chances to fill prescriptions as promised and have never been on time...even ended up being next day, then wasn't ready and had to return later. Had 35 mins until closing to fill two prescriptions and told me they wouldn't fill them until the next day...came from ER so needed the meds. More to the whole story but really frustrating trying to work with them. Have already told doc to call my prescriptions to Publix. Wouldn't recommend the heartburn of doing business at this pharmacy.

Had to get a Covid and flu rapid test. Pharmacy techs were busting their butts and were still so friendly and helpful. Melissa was so sweet and helpful regardless of all the chaos going on. Also, they said that it would take 30 mins to have my results and it only took 15. Thank you guys!
