For the last several months my prescriptions are out of stock, delayed, or partially filled. I would use a different pharmacy but my insurance makes me use Walgreens. Pitiful.

Multiple bad experiences with prescriptions not being ready on time, staff being rude, and pharmacy not being open when they should be. Moving all my prescriptions, even though this is the closest.

The lady at the pharmacy gave me an attitude when I ask her about my medicine, just because she had to comunícate with other pharmacy to know what medicine I need because the other pharmacy didn’t provide my health insurance ..like if she got mad just because she has to do her job, if they don’t wanna do it why they have that job?

I have now been on hold on the phone for 15 minutes to try and get this pharmacy to send a refill request to my doctor that they were supposed to have already done. I am probably going to change pharmacies because EVERY month it seems like another hassle with this pharmacy

Was in desperate need of a prescription for my one year old niece. Drove all the way to this pharmacy that was supposed to be open until 9:00 on 1/14/2023. It’s was 7:45 and closed. Why are business allowed to do this, especially pharmacies - this is peoples medicine!! Refuse to ever step foot on this store again. Livid!

I pick up prescriptions for my parents periodically and EVERY time the procedure at this pharmacy is disfunctional. Only Pharmacy that takes a lunch break and closes and the only pharmacy that every time I check out in the drive through or inside the store constantly is challenged.

Let me tell you something. I went into this location of the big W tonight.. as normal, I'm fighting a can of anxiety and I sound like a freak.But in addition to a nice guy asking if he could help me, a beautiful lady came up also. Tecara (please forgive if that's not right)She walked with me she took me right to the sodas that were on sale. She told me how to maximize my savings on all products. Being that she and I are "sweet teeth kinda folks", we both toured the candy aisle about 4 times. It was such a complete change of pace... I shopped in public without anxiety... At all..This is the next generation of Walgreens. I like it. Customer service up to and including. Cease fire of anxiety... 100%Repeat visits, she's consistently a gem.*This location is homeless friendly.
