Was in desperate need of a prescription for my one year old niece. Drove all the way to this pharmacy that was supposed to be open until 9:00 on 1/14/2023. It’s was 7:45 and closed. Why are business allowed to do this, especially pharmacies - this is peoples medicine!! Refuse to ever step foot on this store again. Livid!

I pick up prescriptions for my parents periodically and EVERY time the procedure at this pharmacy is disfunctional. Only Pharmacy that takes a lunch break and closes and the only pharmacy that every time I check out in the drive through or inside the store constantly is challenged.

Let me tell you something. I went into this location of the big W tonight.. as normal, I'm fighting a can of anxiety and I sound like a freak.But in addition to a nice guy asking if he could help me, a beautiful lady came up also. Tecara (please forgive if that's not right)She walked with me she took me right to the sodas that were on sale. She told me how to maximize my savings on all products. Being that she and I are "sweet teeth kinda folks", we both toured the candy aisle about 4 times. It was such a complete change of pace... I shopped in public without anxiety... At all..This is the next generation of Walgreens. I like it. Customer service up to and including. Cease fire of anxiety... 100%Repeat visits, she's consistently a gem.*This location is homeless friendly.

Hey I had a great MORING with Tecara, she was soo helpful & respectful, I honestly love her energy that she gave off in the store, she also helped me with anything I needed to find in the store, Great customer service!

I never post reviews of anything but the customer service at this Walgreens pharmacy location is so horrible that I had to. Drove through the pharmacy drive-thru today to pick up prescriptions with my mom and the pharmacy tech with tons of facial piercings was so shockingly rude and condescending to us that I couldn’t believe it. This girl and most of the employees in this pharmacy have unpleasant attitudes and it’s a terrible experience every time.

Shockingly bad customer service. Everyone has an attitude. Accidentally charged my account almost $400 when I got a prescription and also charged another card about $300. I cannot put into words how awful this location is with customer service.

When I went there the first person I asked a question to. Just pointed to the front. I guess her mouth was tired. Then the cashier. She was the rudest individual I've seen in a minute. Unprofessional, acted like it was labor to answer a question. Screw that store. Anyone that goes to this place knows what I am talking about..

Was in the area so I came here to grab a few things. The staff was friendly and the store was well situated. We were pretty much in and out. This was my first time at this location and I have no complaints. Pretty easy to get in and out of. Although , Richard Arrington Blvd can be busy at times.

I am fascinated at the fact that Walgreens refuses to give full refunds for something that they messed up with their photography system. If you alter your photos to 8 x 10 don’t expect to get the actual 8 x 10 photo the system crops it off you’re not aware of this if you’re ordering 200+ photos you assume that is going to give you what you ask for but it doesn’t so you go back to get your photos done correctly only to have to pay for it twice!!I think that’s ridiculous when it was a mistake on Walgreen’s behalf I really would like my refund but I don’t think I will be coming back to this Walgreens because the associate so no compassion or empathy you can even fake concern that she just didn’t care and that’s one of the main factors of me writing this review. Today is September 11 on a Sunday. And when I came in two days ago the associate name Sherrion was very nice she was patient and kind l
