The pharmacy staff named Reen at this location is the worst. She has an attitude and carless about their customers. She playing phone when I’m there. When I say “Hello, excuse me”, she started throwing things in front of me. Very unprofessional and rude. Girl, quit your job if you don’t want to work!

This Walgreens is very close and convenient to me. There is a CVS just next door so they have some stiff competition. I'm almost always able to find what I need here from beauty supplies to snacks. I most recently came and made a magnet of my dog in their photo center. Too cute!

The pharmacy staff at this location is the worst I’ve ever dealt with……very rude, could carless about their customers. It’s people like this that gives Walgreens a bad name. Awful!! I will not use them again for anything not this location…..I will drive out of my way to another pharmacy just to be treated decently.

Horrible experience. A lady named "meme" claiming to be the manager, yelled at me andy sister belittling us because we asked to run our food stamps card. She yelled and followed us outside of the store saying degrading things. The man working register was sweet as pie. He gets 5 stars but the "meme" lady is dangerous and the other female who was yelling behind her back and with her making smart comments is someone else's who needs to not be in consumer service. ALSO she was mad because she was buying alcohol and we were apparently holding her up.

if i could give zero stars i would! The manager and pharmacy staff are terrible. I arrived to get my prescription (that walgreens sent me a text about being ready) and was told that they put the prescription back and to pull around to get it so they could fill it again. There were THREE cars behind me and that made absolutely no sense to put myself behind when i could just wait the 5 minutes to have them filled. All the employees including the managers were very rude and arguing with me to force me to pull around. I WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY, they were also reported to corporate. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

The person behind the counter didn't seem to want to move. I needed something that was locked up and you would have thought that I asked her to change my transmission. Showed her the item and she asked me where it was. I plainly showed her before. Couldn't see it. It was. Told me to find it. Lol I just pointed right in front of her eyes. This Walgreens is always rude.

I usually don’t have a bad experience but today I didn’t feel welcome and I felt rushed. I was asked if I have a Walgreens loyalty number or was able to put it in. I looking forward to getting my points cause it helps in the future . I would just like your employees to be more courteous of the customer

Good luck with the pharmacy being open when you need it. And if it is, they do not use the drive thru you have to park and go inside.

10/06/2022, Walgreens #06034 101 Green Springs Hwy Birmingham, AL 35209, The staff at this Walgreens are very pleasant, the way they greet customers, and the checkout is always fast and easy. There were seven prescriptions that I picked up at the pharmacy. Earlier in the day, Megan the pharmacist was very proffessional, very knowledgeble, and helpful with my questions about my prescriptions. Chandler checked out my prescriptions and answered my question about a prescription and Chandler was very nice too. Thank you, Walgreens, and God bless! Mark N Tim Elders

09/02/2022, at Walgreens, #06034 Green Springs Hwy, Birmingham, AL 35209, I went to purchase Systane Gel Drops, as prescribed by or eye doctor, for my brother's dry eye pain. I asked for help knowing where it was and the store manager was so helpful by walking with me and showing me just what I needed. The product packaging was slightly different from the same item online, and the manager explained the package design was changed recently, and that if I questions, then I could ask the pharmacist, Anna, and Anna looked at the package and what Dr. Arello, our eye doctor, wrote and let me know this was the eye drop my brother needed. Anna is always so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable about any questions I might have about prescriptions, medication. And the young man at the checkout was so nice too. And my brother's dry eye pain is much better. Thank you, Walgreens, on Green Springs Hwy! God bless! Mark N Tim Elders

Came by here on a Wednesday because it was close to the hospital where I got my script. They said they were out and the Epi-pen would be in next day after 2pm. Not close by my house so I get back by there on Friday. After a long wait in a line with no one. I was told "It may be in containers (points to them) that we haven't opened yet. It may be about 2 hrs."

The pharmacy employees are what I've come to expect from most Walgreens/CVS pharmacy employees - rude, unhelpful, and treat you as if you're interrupting their day.

While I got the medication I needed, all but one person made me feel like an inconvenience and was rude. I’d rather drive into homewood or different area.
