I had a disappointing experience at this Walgreens Pharmacy. The communication was poor and the staff, notably Pharmacy Tech/Cashier Quinetta was very dismissive and lacks basic customer service soft skills. Pharmacies should make customers feel supported and informed, and that didn’t happen here.

unfriendly and uneducated pharmacy staff that work at this location. They will also put you on hold for long periods of time and eventually hang up. if you hate your job so much maybe don’t work in a high volume pharmacy or really just any customer service at that.
