The pharmacy staff are the rudest and most unprofessional group of people I’ve ever worked with. I’ve continually tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, nothing has changed since I’ve been using them for the last 4 years.
I will be moving my families prescriptions and will no longer be giving that store my money. As the consumers we pay their paychecks!

Absolutely awful service in the pharmacy. The techs/ cashiers are always rude and more than likely the prescriptions are not filled correctly. The manager at the Montclair location is never available so the workers feel as though they can treat the customers rudely especially in the pharmacy. Something must be done to hire qualified and quality workers

It’s truly amazing the lack of customer service skills people have that WORK in CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Seriously some of the RUDEST people work at the Walgreens and it’s pathetic!

The rudest staff I have ever had the misfortune to work with and I don't even blame them - they seem understaffed and overworked my. only use this pharmacy if you want your life maintaining medications managed by an entire staff of individuals who obviously hate their jobs and their workplace

Just go somewhere else. Idk how anyone would rate this above a 1. I have very low standards for customer service. Seriously, I don’t even need you to be nice. Just don’t be outright rude. They couldn’t even clear that bar. So here I am, writing my first google review ever, to tell you not to bother. Go someplace else. They don’t want your business. I don’t even think they want their jobs.

Just moved to the area & stopped in to grab some essential items that were still on the moving truck.It was 7:30 pm on 12/5/23. This location closes at 10:00 pm.I needed to use the restroom but the doors are locked. I went to the front, with my basket full of items that I planned to leave on the side of the counter and asked the cashier for the access code to the restroom. Without looking up she said "they're in the back". I said yes, but they are locked and I needed the code. She said "We lock them at a certain time".It goes without saying that I won't be doing business with Walgreens. It may seem minor but to have an employee be so unnecessarily rude to someone, a customer just trying to buy some soap, toothpaste, etc. is so unnecessary and unprofessional. I can only imagine how I would be treated trying to fill prescriptions. There are too many other options for pharmacy care out there to accept this.

Made a phone call to Walgreens one girl says yes we do have FedEx pickup..to make sure call back a day later guy says No we don't have FedEx pick up.Come on get it together grrr

.very unprofessional the staff is rude and really don’t care about the care of their the customers we scheduled test n when I get they they tell me they forgot how to do them ..never got a call back or anything get some people in there that want to work .

I was at the drive thru for a Rx refill and the cashier at the window sounds like she didn't want to be bothered ? Really it's a first time for someone to be rude ruderude
