The worst walgreens I've ever been to. I have kept silent for almost a year. This is the first bad review I've ever given, ever in Google. There is horrible customer service. They are so rude..and unwilling to help their customers with anything. This placed needs to be closed down while they school these employees and how to have common sense and common courtesy.

probably one of my best times at the drive-thru. there were only three cars ahead of me and I think I finished in about 15 minutes if that long. beautiful time in the drive-thru

The pharmacy tech had taken our scripts and did not give them to the pharmacist to fill them for four hours and the only reason they did is because we went back up there and they acted as if I had not been there with paper scripts. They had to hunt for them to find them and I had to wait longer. This is unexceptable. Just got out of the hospital from having surgery.

This is the most incompetent pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They tell me my prescription is ready and when I go to pick it up they say they don't have it. I will change pharmacy asap

This has been my primary pharmacy for many years & I must say that the last year my experiences have been awful. On 8/27, I went to the drive thru to pick up a medication that was filled on 8/25. I was the 3rd car in line but had to wait approximately 21 minutes before I got to the window to give my name & birth date. After waiting approximately 8 minutes, I knocked on the window for attention, waited a few minutes for the person to come back only for her to tell me that she saw that my medication had been filled but that they "couldn't find it & would I come inside"? I told her no, that I needed to go home. Called today @ 12:10 to see if it had been found & was told that my prescription had been sent to another store & that I had no refills left. Needless to say, I was very upset. After the person checked twice again, I was told that she had looked at a different profile & that it was available for pickup after all. I left CVS, which was next door, for this store but I think that from now on I'll be going to the Chalkville Mtn.Rd. store where I've had some positive experiences with other family member prescriptions. I don't like to play the race card but it is what it is!!!!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Never enough employees, lines are so long inside and out, rude, slow as ever and just doesn’t care. I give it a zero. If I could go somewhere else I would! Drive through has this stupid shiny stuff in the window and you can’t even see the person in the window. Take it down and engage with your customers!
I was in the drive thru at 530 last night. Just 4 cars ahead of me. I was the last car. At 6:02 I pulled up to the window and they put sign in window and would not give me my heart medicine. I have come back to get it 4 cars again and it has been 45 minutes. Been at window 7 without anyone acknowledging me. The line is wrapped around the building.

Not all their fault. They are always nice to me here. But this place is HIGHLY understaffed and they do NOT even attempt to get in a hurry and get people out the door. I have set or stood in line for over an hour, with only 2 or 3 ahead of me, multiple times at this location for a prescription that had BEEN ready for pickup.

I purchased 2 shampoos in error on Sunday July 8th. Just needed to exchange 1 for a conditioner on Monday July 9th. I was told that I needed my receipt for an exchange - for “inventory purposes”. I asked if they could look up my account by my phone number… associate stated they don’t do that there. I then purchase a conditioner (because my mom needs it). I call Walgreens customer service who stated she could have exchanged it w/o the receipt but not if I was asking for cash back which I never expected. I just wish that our people wouldn’t make their own rules. It cost the company $16 to right her wrong. That unnecessary money could go towards raises. But since we’re already pretending to run the company for free - the backwards hustle continues.

This has got to be the WORST Walgreens Pharmacy EVER!! They do not answer the phone and when they do answer they place you on hold. I was on hold for almost 30 minutes!! The employees are rude and disrespectful. Walgreens need to do BETTER.

Terrible pharmacy. People don't care or don't listen to anything you tell them. I called for help and it was obvious the worker didn't care or want to help. How do you work in the medical field but don't care about peoples health and wellness??? Will be moving to the Walgreens further down the parkway. Don't make no damn sense

I would like to know what is the use of filling your prescription with a person in the pharmacy if it will not get filled? I went around 2 pm today and she said it will be done in an hour 1/2 well I checked my WALGREENS’s app at 7pm called she said “oh” sitting here had not been filled but you can come pick it up now. Excuse me? …Then of course this particular Walgreens has no type of customer service. I may be in a predominately BLACK neighborhood but as I get great customer service at other WALGREENS I demand the same type of customer service in my own neighborhood! I should not have to travel to another “NEIGHBORHOOD” to good good/decent/great customer service!I also would like to know with all these negative comments no why noone from WALGREENS CORPORATE OFFICE try to make any efforts to make any changes to the manner the pharmacy department is treating their customers?If corporate does read this I’m requesting a response.Thank you

Pharmacy is very rude. I came up to ask a question and apparently they were “closed” she rudely yelled out that they are closed I told her I was only there to ask a question and she proceeds to get rude again. Screw it altogether. There’s plenty of other Walgreens around the city to spend money at.
