Completely rude and irresponsible. My wife struggles with chronic migraines. She needed her rescue medicine and as she pulled up to the window 10 minutes before they closed…After we called to make sure it was available the pharmacist said” I’m sorry we didn’t get around to it in time to have it for you and we are about to close.” Now we are battling with snow the day after and the pharmacy is closed with a migraine that she will have to wait another 24 more hours before she can get her medicine. Do not use this pharmacy unless you absolutely have to!!!!

I had a very weird experience at this Walgreens. The clerk made me get my own tobacco product from behind the counter, so she didn’t have to walk from the register by the photography studio (she was chatting with her friend). Then, when I showed her my ID, which is my passport, she proceed to look at me like I had two heads. I guess maybe she didn’t know how to read a passport? Either way, it was weird considering she just had me handle tobacco products before looking at my ID. She and her friend continued to serve my wife and I attitude for no reason. 2/5 stars, not typical of this Walgreen’s type of customer service experiences. Slightly surprised.

I had a great experience at this location this morning. I have been there many times but hadn't gotten a prescription filled there before. My new insurance doesn't cover my medication and my usual pharmacy was really expensive so I called around and Walgreens was the cheapest by @ $45. My medication is not usually in stock at the pharmacies near me but to my surprise this location had it. I took it up there and within 15 minutes it was filled. The staff was super kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be getting my prescription from there going forward!

Extremely unprofessional pharmacy staff. Told me they couldn’t fill a prescription because they didn’t like one of the doctors who works in the office?? He wasn’t even the one to write the prescription. And of course they only told me this after waking me wait 30 minutes. If you can’t fill something because you have an issue with a doctor just say that upfront and don’t waste my time. Crazy.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! I have had nothing but issues with pharmacy. The staff is rude, their knowledge level is poor, and their communication falls well below expectations. The final straw for me after a year, was being told my normal prescription was going to be $1000 for a one month fill only to find the same medication at the Publix pharmacy for $15. The staff never takes accountability for their mistakes and constantly gives excuses like it is the systems fault or the app is not working. If you care about your health and mental well being, DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY.

I quit using them because prescriptions were not filled in a timely manner. Also not enough staff. Corporate needs to help them out!!!!

Terrible experience! I have NEVER left a store quite as angry as I did last night. When I didn’t see anyone behind a counter, I tried to catch the attention of an employee so I could check out. Once the employee and I made eye contact, I smiled and waited on him to get to the counter. As he approached, he pointed towards the door. Did not say anything, just pointed. I asked him twice what he was pointing at and he never said a word. I did have a sweet girl end up checking me out. As I was paying, I could hear the male employee who now could speak, actually talking about me and saying he couldn’t believe I was even looking for someone to help me! Unbelievable

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!
Every associate in this store is extremely rude! The pharmacy employees are the worst of all! I asked them not to fill 2 of the medications on a written prescription and they filled them anyway. So when I came to pick them up the next day, the skinny guy with glasses behind the counter was super rude when I told him I didn't need those 2. He ripped the bag open, took those out and slammed them on the counter, then stapled the bag again and slammed it on the counter in front of him and shoved it towards me instead of handing it to me when I had my hand held out. Never made eye contact, never smiled, and had an awful attitude. The young girl next to him was extremely rude to her customers too. For the past year, I've continued to receive the worst customer service of any business I've ever entered hoping it would get better. It's consistently terrible. I've been filling prescriptions there for several years, but I've had it. I'm switching pharmacies.

Rude pharmacy staff with “can’t be bothered “ attitudes. Will be switching pharmacies. It was one thing when they were understaffed during the pandemic but there’s no excuse now. Hate your job? Yeah, I’ve been there. Know what to do about it? Quit and find another one. It’s not that hard. These are d*** kids, no eye contact, no ability to communicate effectively with a customer.

The WORST OF THE WORST!! PRESCRIPTIONS ARE NEVER READY ON TIME, EVEN WHEN I ORDER THEM DAYS AHEAD! MY HUSBAND HAS MADE SEVERAL TRIPS TO THIS WALGREENS FOR ONE COMPLETE ORDER OF MEDS! EVEN RECENTLY HAD ONE PRESCRIPTION MISSING. THE MANAGER TOLD ME SHE WAS HAVING A BAD DAY. WELL I WENT SEVERAL DAYS ? WITHOUT MY MEDS!!
