the worst walmart experience of my life i waited for help for 45 minutes, asked several employees and still ended up getting NO HELP. the only redeeming quality this location has is their pharmacy staff which were finally able to help me after multiple attempts at getting a key holder to help me. don't have product locked down if you're not willing unlock it when someone asks for help.

It takes me more time than I'd like to shop here because I have to check dates on EVERYTHING I pickup. I've seen food outdated by MONTHS. I always find someone to report the outdated items to & also remove them from the shelves, placing them on the floor, only to return days later & the items have been put back on shelves. BEWARE & CHECK DATES ON EVERYTHING...Today is December 27th 2022. Check out the dates in pics taken today.

This is not the closest WM to me, but sometimes they have items that the Trussville WM doesn't have. I haven't actually been in this store... I've only used the drive up services. Parking lot could use some resurfacing because there are lots of potholes. People park in the pickup spots and go inside the store to shop, so there isn't always a spot to park. I'll continue to check for items here.

This location could definitely use an upgrade. The parking lot feels very crowded and has potholes. There is security that patrols the area, which is nice, but is also sad that it is needed to make people feel safe enough to shop here. The employees we dealt with were nice, though it did take them a long time to deliver our online order / mobile order. We try not to come to this location unless they are the only Wal-mart nearby that has something in stock that we need.

Walking thru I was amazed shelves empty, items all over the floor, everything is a mess, what upset me the most is 4 kids rides bicycles thru the store and 3 employees just walked by as if nothing was wrong, now at self checkout the young lady was too busy to help anyone because she was on her phone fussing with someone then she just pointed instead of talking , now the Mgr needs to get out behind his desk and open his eyes to HIS store, now one more thing not one buggy in the store because they were all outside! Well I guess you have lost a customer and I will go somewhere like Target neat,clean, people offering to help and plenty of buggie, open your eyes parkway East Mgr

The worst Walmart I've ever been to. CDC lifted mask mandate and the state has lifted it, but I tried to shop there while here visiting relatives and was met at the door by mask Nazis!! They would not allow me to shop unless I wore a mask! No other Walmart in area does this!

I called this pharmacy to ask about putting my name on a waiting list for leftover COVID doses that would be thrown out otherwise. I called another Walmart near me and had no problem doing this. However, the pharmacist at this particular location was very rude and accusatory when I asked about the waiting list. I made it clear that I was NOT trying to get in line ahead of anyone else, but that I would gladly drop everything and take a leftover vaccine at the end of the day if no other eligible folks were able to get there and use it. Better to vax someone who isn't currently eligible and increase community protection than to throw doses away! It's really, really not that hard to put someone's name on a list, nor is it hard to be courteous.

I was at Walmart today all lanes were full. I got into line on register 5 and a cashier named Cheryl informed me she was closed. She took in a customer after me so I got back in line when she told me again she was closed. So I got out of line and she took Yet another customer after I got out of line. I had spoken to her and she was Very rude to me. As a customer spending hard earned money I felt very disrespected. The cashier was extremely rude and I felt that Walmart employees didn't have the Walmart best interest in mind.

The only reason I give this place three stars is because of the lines. They do not keep enough lines open to get customers in and out. Other than that the store provides what I am looking for.

Surprisingly a decent Walmart visit. I can't believe it! The staff I encountered was pleasant and not the normal grouchy bunch! This I can appreciate. They were out of stock on ponchos so I was in and out. However, I made a stop by the deli to get my mom some chicken fingers and jalapeño poppers but the deli worker took a long time to acknowledge that I was waiting. Despite so , I'll take a 3 star visit from Walmart any day!

This is the worst Walmart ever even the costumers are rude, this Walmart honestly needs to be burnt to the ground a start a new because there is no hope for it. I have never had a pleasant experience there and never have I dreaded running to the store and picking up necessities so much! If I could give negative stars it would be a -5

This store is one of the worst. It is like a ghetto; you have to watch your back and be careful not to say anything that might be taken the wrong way. It's best to get in and out as quickly as possible and not make much eye contact. Some of the employees are really nice but the clientele can be a little unsettling. If you can go a few miles out of the way to another store it might be worth it.

Close the entire raggedy store. The parking lot is filthy and how do you run a store without a service department? Came in with my granddaughter to return and charger and our response was, "the girl was working over there went home..." What is really going on here?!?!

3.5 There is always something with this location. Today I came for a Rx pickup. There was a mix up on the location (more than likely my doctor's office error) however, my order wasn't ready and the location needed to be called so they could cancel theirs. The young lady "called" and I patiently waited then I became frustrated with the wait as the line was getting longer. I decided to call the other location myself. (Spoke to someone, got the Rx cancelled and dropped). The young lady never said a word. Not my best experience if I was the one who was supposed to be assisted vs. Doing the work myself. The lines are always long (several employees though). I feel this has to do with location and population served because no other locations have this problem.
