This store sucks I ordered my food at 4:00 p.m. 12-15-2024 to be here at 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. they changed my time and date to 12-16-2024 8:00 a.m. in the morning to 9:00 a.m. in the morning the next day no one contacted me they failed to send me an email no one answered the phone and it wrong for over an hour I called the customer service line and the customer service online representative did not help at all either This store is unacceptable and whoever is running this store needs to contact cuz this is how you lose customers This is unacceptable and did I mention that I am a Walmart plus member so I pay into you guys just for you guys to failed miserably

The worst!!!
My husband went to go buy diapers for our two girls in neighborhood Walmart because they where low on diapers. So he went in with B, to go get diapers and also he had some chips and B, but once they were coming out he had her in his hand and a bag and he was suppose to come out with the diapers but forgot it there by the register in self check out. But he didn’t notice it until he got home so he went back and let the employees at Walmart know about what had happen and that he had the receipts, but they didn’t believe him, instead they accused him of stealing the diapers, The employees won’t let him even with a receipt. He has the proof and so do I, cuz he used cashapp to pay for everything. And once he swiped it sent me the message let me know that I spent $ at Walmart and we are telling them to check the cameras at that time he swiped the card. Cuz they don’t believe that he payed for them!! This is ridiculous someone needs to do something!

I shop this location on a regular basis, each time I've asked a associate for help finding anything, they have "ALWAYS" been accommodating, I will continue to shop here, and other locations when I'm in their areas.

Walmart at Palisades location will CONSISTENTLY have in stock what Aldi does mot. I used to say when checking for an item start at Aldi first but now its the other way around.

I was in there yesterday and got food from the deli the guy was nice but the food was so horrible I landed myself up in the hospital with food poisoning from their Deli

Worst service I’ve ever seen. I heard a lady say these Crackers can’t find anything on their own. This was a white couple in their 80’s. So disrespectful. Definitely don’t need a job helping people. Such a racist store. I will never go back.
