The management know my family personally Vera and the dude in the meat department who my cousin use to go with....but for some odd reason them same people keep harassing me and calling the whole Walmart out to try me getting stuff for cancer treatment like water... And customer service don't want to accept my reports anymore... after I told them it wasn't about no money...

Too many self check outs and not enough cashiers to check me out. Remember, I am the customer not the employee. I am not getting paid by Walmart to check myself out while cashiers are standing around doing nothing.

Update: I refuse to use the self-checkout option again. From here on out my groceries will be scanned an bagged by an employee. I was completely embarrassed last week. while scanning my items, my screen froze & alerted an employee. he approached me, which completely confused me. I asked what was going on & never received a response, Together, he rewound my scanning footage and was questioned about certain items as if I stole something. I had not. Every item bagged was scanned. if you don't trust me to do a cashier's job, don't put me in a situation where I am set up to be completely humiliated. I did nothing wrong & left feeling "dirty", wrongly accused of theft. it's due time to get rid of self check-out lanes. nobody should have to go through that. especially not an established repeat shower who's been shopping here since day one! Shame on you!

I despise shopping, especially for groceries. This location can & does get busy. I will shop during nonpeak hours if possible. If you are on a mission, you can be in & out with record timing.
Less people=Less time spent in the store

the worst walmart customer support i would have Sayed more but you guys are just worthless unknown individuals.
but i won't blame you with that salary i would have killed myself.
but thanks to the online support i was abele to get my order .
also fair the lady that's on the phone she only picked up the phone to hang up like a trained monkey.

I really despise shopping, especially for groceries. This location can & does get busy. Personally, I will shop during non peak hours if possible. If you are on a mission, you can be in & out with record timing.
