“We've been shopping at Levys since 2012 and have had nothing but great customer service and quality jewelry. That customer service showed itself again today. I bought my wife a cross necklace for Mother's Day and it wasn't to her liking. With that being said she wasn't ungrateful at all, it just wasn't what she wanted and the chain was too thin. So, we decided to take back what I had bought her and she wanted to pick out something bigger (which I was totally fine with). We special ordered a cross and it still wasn't what we wanted. Then steps in Kim Wilkinson. She went above and beyond to make sure we had what we were looking for and we couldn't be happier. Thanks Kim for sticking with us and we'll see you for our next purchases down the road.”

“Had a couple watches that needed batteries and one that needed links taken out of the band. They were fast and friendly with extremely quick service. When I needed a couple more links taken out they were also quick to get it done for me. Price was right as well. Will totally visit them again in the future.”

“What can I say? They were incredible. I stopped by on Monday to pick out a ring for my wife. It was ready by Saturday. It needed to be resized, and they had that completed by the end of the day. Don’t go anywhere else. You’ll get better prices AND service here.”

“Miss Kenya treated us incredibly well! It was me and my ladies first time purchasing jewelry and we both had no clue where to start. Kenya treated us with great respect and helped us immensely. I am very appreciative of the staff at Zales. I will be returning very happily.”

“Great experience at Bromberg’s. Service was excellent, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The final result exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend asking for Charlie—very knowledgeable and helpful.”

“We went to Pandora at Riverchase and our experience was horrible, like we were bothering the clerk, and we were the only customers there. We left and the next day we went to Pandora at The Summit. Night and day difference. Donald was welcoming, helpful, and friendly. We ended up buying what we wanted and felt great about it. I would recommend if you want Pandora products, avoid Riverchase and go over to The Summit store, you'll be happy you did!”
