When I needed a couple more links taken out they were also quick to get it done for me. Price was right as well. Will totally visit them again in the future.”

“We've been shopping at Levys since 2012 and have had nothing but great customer service and quality jewelry. That customer service showed itself again today. I bought my wife a cross necklace for Mother's Day and it wasn't to her liking. With that being said she wasn't ungrateful at all, it just wasn't what she wanted and the chain was too thin. So, we decided to take back what I had bought her and she wanted to pick out something bigger (which I was totally fine with). We special ordered a cross and it still wasn't what we wanted. Then steps in Kim Wilkinson. She went above and beyond to make sure we had what we were looking for and we couldn't be happier. “I stopped by Zales at the Galleria in Hoover to buy just one pair of earrings, but I ended up leaving with much more! The selection was beautiful, and the prices were great.
LaShunda Hires provided outstanding customer service. She was patient, courteous, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed. What impressed me even more was how kind and attentive she was to other customers while still making sure I had everything I needed. She truly made my shopping experience enjoyable.
I also had the pleasure of meeting Assistant Manager Crystal Ford, who was just as friendly and welcoming. It’s clear that customer service is a priority at this store.
