The worst bank. They mistakenly without my approval took a deposit that clearly had warnings showing it needed approval. The manager Bryan did not know how to fix the mistake. I called numerous times, couldn’t leave messages because his voice mail was full even though he did said to leave him messages.

Walked in about 2pm on 6/16/22 to deposit a check in a “dormant” account. Of course the teller can’t do anything and they only have one banker on site. I opened the WF account when I moved to Utah and will close it as it keeps going dormant. After a moderate wait, the banker on duty was quite pleasant and helpful.

I have read many complaints but in my opinion the staff of this bank along with the bankers are very friendly and do their job perfectly I say this from my own experience

Veryvery baddd A terrible experience! I made an appointment on 10:30-11:00, and I arrived about 10:20, they let me wait one hour and started my business on 11:30. Are you okay??? It's definitely wasting my time Plz don't go this WF bank, they are really bad!!

Some banks in the so called 'third world' do a better job with customer service than the bankers at this branch. I walked in at around 2.15 PM on 11/2/21 for help with an authorization form that required a bank stamp and signature, but I was met with reluctance right from the get go. I talked to 2 bankers and I got unwelcome attitudes from both of them. One of them even mentioned that I was holding him up for a 2:30 meeting, like I was an imposter. I thought I'd be assisted at this branch, and I'm disappointed. I have 2 mortgages and my household's primary checking account at this bank, and I am reconsidering my relationship after this shambolic experience, as it is clear to me that bankers at this institution do not value their customers. There's a huge sign at this branch that said '"There was one very powerful business rule. It was concentrated in the word 'courtesy.'". But it was evident that 'courtesy' existed only on that sign and not in the attitudes of the bankers of this branch.

So I had gotten some checks in the mail. I needed to get them deposited into my account but I needed to physically be at a Wells Fargo bank to do so. Sadly I could not sign them myself and deposit them through the app this was legit and needed to be done right. I took a very long walk down to this location where I was able to do so. I came in waited in a bit of a line, but it moved pretty quickly. There were two ladies behind the counter helping customers. They were both very easy to work with as far as I could see. When it was my turn I tried to make it fast and easy so they could move onto the next customers waiting. The lady who helped me was very easy going. She was wearing a black mask with colorful polka dots all over it. Such a fun mask! She made my deposits fast and easy. The customer service seen here was so careful and good. Fast and easy service is something I look forward to seeing! When ever I need my banking needs to be taken care of I look forward to coming back here!

Received possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever received from the lead teller, Arlene. I’ll find a different bank where the tellers aren’t rude and abrasive and don’t act like I’m hassling them by giving them money.

I went here last week to withdraw cash and pick up my lunch from the building next door. I was in and out of parking lot within 15 minutes. Within that 15 minutes always threaten for the second time in the last 2 months that they would tow my car. The first time I thought this was a fluke I realized when this happens second time that there was an issue. I confronted management. I was told that they have such a severe parking shortage that unless you're physically standing in the building that your car must be moved immediately. I pointed out that the parking lot was 75% empty and that I had documentation of that. I also pointed out that they were so not busy that somebody had time to sit and stare out the window and threatened to tow my car within 15 minutes of me pulling up and leaving. one manager was extremely rude to me so much so that is second manager had to follow me out into the parking lot and try to alleviate situation . I stated that the sign simply say that parking was for Wells Fargo customers during business hours which I am and that I was not using this to any excess. I was basically told it is company policy to tow even if your customer even though the sign says nothing about being in theI was basical or removing your car immediately upon your exit of the building. then I was told that I was not allowed to photograph documentation of the fact that both the times that they did this there parking lot was empty. Nobody could really give me a real answer after that. I find it interesting that they have so much time that they harass their customers to hurry up an exit there empty parking lot after utilizing their facilities. I was met with frustrations even though I was definitely the one who should have been frustrated as I am a customer who is being told that I'm going to be charged hundreds of dollars for my car to be towed for using an ATM at a bank that I paid keep my money in. Serious eye opener and how much Wells Fargo values their customers. My entire family has used this Bank since it was Wachovia. Seriously reconsidering that choice moving forward after how I was treated. I'm still extremely confused why they felt so frustrated when I was the one being threatened for no reason. I looked at the rude manager and flat out said if this was you and the situation you would be upset. Once again nobody could give me any real answers they just told me that they would work on their signage I guess asking corporate to include on the signage that you need to hurry up and get out of the parking lot or we will tow your car within 15 minutes regardless of whether or not you're a customer and regardless of whether or not you've used the facilities.

Horrible customer service here. I've been a crown account holder since before Wachovia. I called today with a simple question and was put on hold for 15 minutes, then disconnected. I called again and the first words I said after hello were “please do not put me on holdâ€. They did anyway. I waited 5 minutes then hung up. What kind of place is this? My question can not be answered on the automated system and all I needed was a yes or no. Time for a thorough house cleaning here - top to bottom.
