Valissia Fuller. That’s the managers name. one of the worst managers of any Wells Fargo branches I have visited. Rejected a deposit just because of my skin color. She probably thought I was scamming somebody just because the amount was high on the check. I was able to deposit the same check in another branch 15 minutes later no questions asked. And when I came to confront her in the branch, she would not come out of her room to meet me. Sends a message from one of her tellers that she will be busy in there for another 30 minutes, so i leave. Anyways, people like that are a liability to the company instead of being an asset. Do not go there, save yourself a trip and visit another branch.

I came in about 1 o’clock to open a account. I expected a little wait but not to be turned away! They are obviously short staffed. In fact there were 2 people ahead of me and it took them forever to tell me to come back! The afternoon had just begun and they couldn’t open a account! I expect so much more from Wells Fargo! The other Homewood branch is more professional, faster and just overall better!!! Step it Wells!! It’s getting redundant now!!!

The team there today was awesome. Cashed a savings bond. Wells Fargo is the only place I’ve found in town that will cash them without you having an account there. They got the job done, were so kind and courteous and treated me with respect. Thank you all!!!

Extremely understaffed. I waited for 30 minutes in line and then left. Only one person at the counterGo to the Wells Fargo in Homewood way better experience.

I went to the atm (the one that you have to get out your car from) like around 9:50pm on Saturday 6/25/22 to put in my 250 dollars and when I put deposit it took my money and then it was loading for a long time to count my bills and then out of no where it gave me my money back and said “could not do deposit at this moment” and I counted my money to see if it was all of it and it wasn’t! It only gave me back 240!!! It stole my 10 dollar bill ( I put in there one 100 bill and seven 20 dollar bills and one 10) I contacted Wells Fargo online and they put in a claim but i don’t know if I’m going to get my 10 dollar bill or not. Very bad(Edit) thank you for fixing my problem I got my 10 dollars deposit to my account thank you. You all are so nice and helped me. I recommend them

I'm complaining on behalf of someoneFirst 2 times your drive through staff is rude and condescendingI know last 5 minutes trying to get things put away but no excuse for rudeness in the drive-throughI want your drive through staff either talk to written up or fired as I worked in coustomer servi6for 10 years and my company would have us out the door after this complaint

I never imagined that one day I will come across an untrained employee working in the drive through window of a bank like Wells Fargo. Today, I went to deposit a check for my boss, and two of the employees ( male and a female) said the check is written wrong. They insisted that the name of the company receiving the check should be placed under the written amount being deposited. When I went to the other branch in 1725 28th Ave S., the lady there deposited it right away without even questioning. When I told her about what happened in the branch of the valley ave, She was so surprised! Come on Wells Fargo, Train your employees to save your reputation!

I have been sitting in the drive thru for over 45 minutes and they only have one person working the drive thru. There are three employees sitting at the counter and the lobby is closed. Awful customer service!@
