Went inside to reopen a savings account (this past Wednesday) and ask about a credit card that would be right for me. Sat down with I believe her name was Alexus and she was very dismissive of everything I had to say. She clearly did not want to be helping me and was clear about how I should’ve done everything online, even when I expressed that I was having app issues. When I asked about a beginners credit card all she said was “no” and then nothing else. It’s very disappointing as I have been a customer since 2013 and felt very disrespected. I know she was being rude and short because I am a young woman and would not say anything back to her. Almost left in tears because she was so unkind.

I made a transaction thru cashapp and didn't get the product disputed the charges and they denied it but yet if I had told them my cash app was stolen would refund me as fraud looking to close accounts

I am extremely appalled at the customer service that I recieved. I have a speech impediment that makes me slur my words and stutter. The banker lady was extremely rude to me. I was there to open a new account and she told me that I would have to apply online because she can't understand me and walked away.

Waited 10 minutes to get into my safety deposit box while the available managers ignored me to talk about options for replacing a lock behind their counter.I get waiting your turn in line, but your maintenance conversations can wait until a customer isn't waiting. If it can't, move it somewhere that the customer can't see/hear you ignoring them for a broken lock.

ATM IS BROKEN. IT MISCOUNTED MY MONEY TWICE!I had to make two deposits in the same week, I placed $100 ( two fifty dollars bills) in the atm and it stated I deposited only $ 50. So I took it back out and did it again with one $50 bill and it stated I deposit $25.My second visit, I just went in the bank on this past Saturday and did the deposit in there.

I can’t say enough great things about Angela, the branch manager. She truly went above and beyond to assist my family member with a banking issue.We are very, very happy customers of Wells Fargo and this branch specifically.

Lobby was closed, ok cool its a pandemic I get it. After waiting 20 mins to get service at the drive up. I'm then told "oh we don't have anyone that can do that. It's no one working the front and won't be until 1030 or 11" excuse me? You literally can do the same thing the front teller does. It's the same machines. Wells Fargo gets worse over time. Soon as I get an off day, this account & my money will be taken elsewhere.

Great experience at this location today. Teller was extremely friendly and personable. Not sure of her name but she was very professional and courteous.
