1st rate service today. Had multiple transactions to make today. I made a deposit and then took a seat to wait to be addressed. I was waited o pretty quickly. I had three things to address and everything went very smooth. Without going into my personal details I'll say that the desk clearly Amir address the three account issues that I was concerned about and answered all questions that I had as well. I have met on several occasions And each time I have been satisfied with the service. As a result I do recommend this branch.

Visited this location this morning to use atm, tried to make a transaction, screened showed unable to make transaction, cancelled it, and waited on my card, no card came out, spoke with bank manager, who stated nothing she could do, she then contacted Loomis, which operates the atm, she told me they could do nothing, I will never use this bank's atm again, lesson learned.

I just waited for 15 minutes at the drive thru teller ringing the call button and still left without being served. I won't ever return to this branch unless it is for the ATM because the employees obviously can't do their job.

Recently I have been in a position where I had to open a Wells Fargo account and new tellers and service at this location has improved tremendously

I expected some level of professionalism because it was a bank, but I should've known better since it was in East Lake. If McDonald's started a banking service, this is what it would look like.
