I love shopping at walmart it's my number 1 go to place and Sam's club also when im able. I definitely recommend walmart + as well. And you get paramount + plus 5 extra dollars you can have showtime. The staff are amazing 👏 I would like to thank the employees at walmart for helping any way they can. God bless them and their families. And the company.

I use Walmart delivery a lot. My order today was missing 8 items. I tried to contact Walmart by phone and got a complete run around by its automated phone rep. Wasting my time and forcing me to change my dinner menus for the next several days. Very poor service by Walmart and I'm not happy about it

I understand that there are a lot of pickup orders and it can be hectic but giving someone MOLDED strawberries is ridiculous. Id assume part of the job is CHECKING the produce.

In 30 years of trucking I have been to a lot of Walmarts and seen a lot of changes in Walmart almost always go in through the grocery side and my first visit is usually the hot food counter. This was the most disgusting filthy hot food counter I have ever seen in any Walmart in my time. Adventuring through the rest of the store it wasn't horrible but it was definitely in need of serious retraining on cleaning and stocking. Somebody at the top needs to start rolling down hard on the people below them!

Don't take your vehicle to this tire and lube center they have a track record of bad service on multiple people's vehicles including been here twice with in two years both bad experiences just this second one is horrible now that I can't drive my car anymore because of it

Old lady at the register must be having a terrible life. If you can’t tell someone to have a good day back, then what’s the point of customer service? You never know how someone is feeling that day and maybe telling someone to have a good day will put a smile on their face… absolutely do everything I can to avoid this place. I definitely won’t be telling that lady to have a good day again.

Grocery pickup associates are awful. They are rude, disrespectful and create an overall unpleasant experience. It’s a shame that such a short interaction can be so negative. I will no longer shop this store because of the attitudes of these associates. Thank goodness I’m centrally located between Boaz and Guntersville so I can shop the Guntersville store.
