“Decent bathrooms and the cashier was nice. However, I found it odd that they do not serve coffee after 12 pm lunch. The guy was nice but told me “no” on him making more coffee and said “we are getting ready to close.” I looked at him because it was only 5 pm and He said “we hardly sell any after 12” and that’s the reason he would not make me any. It’s cold this time of year and I think it should be made. Plus, it was five hours before closing and I have worked in the same capacity as him and we would have made the coffee. I am not mad but in customer service you don’t normally tell the customer no in this type of situation. I have made coffee or tea for people five min before closing…..I still gave a four because other than the coffee thing there was no other issue.”
“Always clean and always a great place to stop and take a break. Stopped at 26 on our way to Washington State from Alabama and back home to Alabama. Every one was clean organized and the workers at every single one was so nice and polite. We bought gas at every one of them, drinks, magnets for there area and also sandwiches which were great. I loved their chicken sandwich my wife their cheese burger. Also their breakfast stix were good also.”
