“These guys are heroes! I'am new to Birmingham and got a flat downtown, which was pretty stressful. I pulled in here, and the team was immediately amazing.
Alex and Danny were super friendly, got me right in, and were clearly very knowledgeable. While they patched my tire, they even took the time to explain in detail how the patch works. I've never had a shop do that! Even with that great explanation, I was still out the door in less than 15 minutes.
The best part? When I went to pay, they said it was on the house as a goodwill gesture. I was blown away. What a perfect example of true Southern Hospitality! Honest, kind, and fast.

“There was no need for service due to seeing the head of a nail in my tire; they just pulled it out and saw it was just the nail head with maybe a half inch of shaft (didn't puncture tube). I give them five stars here because they were very friendly and accommodating and would not take any payment for their time. Plus, my wife had a tire repair done here and had great things to say about the personnel and her experience.”

“This dealership has by far been one of the best. I’ve done a lot of car shopping with my family and we were always there for hoursss, leaving stressed and mad. I had no intentions on buying and had spent all day just looking around. Every dealership needed so much information before I could even look at the vehicles. Walked in to hallmark Subaru told them what I was there for and all they needed was my name and I was able to go look at it. Handed over my drivers license and proof of insurance and next thing I know I’m off on a test drive. Talked some things over with them and next thing I know I’m leaving with a car. My salesman was John and being a first time car buyer I was so nervous. He made me feel so comfortable and at ease then I talked with Kayla for all my financing needs. “I literally cannot recommend Partner Tires enough! I had a terrifying blowout on I-20 and had to get my vehicle towed all the way from Pell City back to Birmingham on a Sunday. I searched high and low, and this was literally the only tire shop open outside of traditional hours. To make a highly stressful situation even worse, I realized I didn't have the full amount to cover the tire when I arrived. The owner was incredibly understanding and worked with me to make sure I wasn't stranded. Because I rely so heavily on my car for my daily delivery routes all over the city, getting back on the road quickly was an absolute lifesaver. This is a stellar Black-owned business with unmatched professionalism and true empathy for its customers. If you are ever in a bind or just need great service, this is the place to go!
