Hampton Falls Apartments is a quiet, moderate sized complex nestled at the foot of Monte Sano Mountain. The campus is beautiful and very well kept up, with a steep walking trail, a beautiful pool and fitness center. Residents are friendly and neighbors provide true southern hospitality. Staff is friendly and responsive, maintenance is great and response time is great. Management is awesome. The beauty of the grounds and residents make it a pleasant home. This place is recommended 100%.

Great experience living in Huntsville for the first time in my life. Relocated for work late Q4 2024 and have been at Hampton Falls since. The staff is very polite, knowledgeable, and prompt. Maintenance requests are fulfilled within 24-36 hours. Very pleased.
