“I live here and it is absolutely fantastic! It's nestled at the foothills of the mountain. the campus is beautiful and very well kept up. The walking trail I absolutely love (it is a steep trail) the pool and fitness center is beautiful. The people (neighbors) are so friendly, true southern hospitality. Maintenance is great they are friendly, and response time is great. Management Stephen is awesome and has always been friendly with me. I have never had an issue. LaVeeta has always been friendly as well when we had a flood in the winter, and the fire sprinklers froze and busted she was right on it all of the staff was. They offered hotels for that night, and the next day, we were offered a new apartment. So I'm not sure where the negative Nelly reviews are coming from. I recommend this place 100%, so much so I just signed another lease for 24 months!!!”
