The turnover of inventory is higher than I realized so recommend following them on social media.The post-pandemic inflation has introduced a lot of quality compromises in manufacturing while prices have increased. I was very pleased with their selections and was able to make a decision immediately because their prices were the best I had found PLUS their customer service is exemplary. Delivery Guru's Anderson and Chris were prompt and professional - - not to mention patient - - when delivering the furniture. “Was just here yesterday. Well stocked as usual. Although, was kind of creeped out because they have now put 4th of July, fall, and Christmas decor out for sale...in May. They are also selling off some of their store shelving. Everywhere you look it seemed like everything was 40 to 50% off. It feels like the store is going out of business or on the verge of closing. I hope it's nothing...this is our go to store in the area for craft supplies.”
“Every time I have a little time on my hands it's like a tractor beam pulls me in to Ross. I check out the little technology corner (usually find something myself or the kids can't live without for the great price lol) then I scan the shoe wall where I always see unique styles from familiar brands (most annoying inventory alarm system on the planet BTW sheesh). Then I head over to the tool/gadgetry area with a swoop through the "man stuff" area. Usually leave with 2-3 items feeling as though I could find no better value. Love this place. Best prices on clothes too. Hard to beat!”
