I’ve purchased at least a dozen pieces of furniture over several visits to the store and Brad and his team always load the furniture into my car and are very courteous while I’m shopping. When I forgot moving blankets one time, Brad took the time to break down some cardboard for me to use to protect my furniture. “I went to GLS Supply to pick out products for the remodeling project for our bathrooms and kitchen. Michelle was so helpful, very friendly and personable. They have an amazing showroom for product selection. After telling her the basics of what I wanted, she helped me with my selections and put together the list of all the products I needed for the remodel with the cost estimate. Prices were competitive. She was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, all the traits that confirmed I made the right choice with GLS. I met with her several times after the list was compiled to work through some changes and as before she was very helpful. During delivery of the items, she kept me informed on various delivery dates and continued to be very responsive. From beginning to end, I was very pleased with the process/outcome. “I would like to start this review out by acknowledging Christine Brown, the Landscaping Supply Manager at Across the Pond. She is very knowledgeable of her job and the customer satisfaction that she provides to all customers is top notch.
My wife Kim and I have been working on the design of our backyard. We at first thought Across the Pond was for the contractors, where they got their supplies to do their jobs. We went to Across the Pond about a year ago, because we were looking for Mexican Beach pebble. Christine told us that it was not just for the contractor, but for the normal everyday people as well. We didn’t need a full pallet of the rock and she pointed out that we could actually go out with bags purchased from the site and hand pick the rocks that we wanted.
Instead of us loading the bags ourselves, the gentlemen that drove the forklifts, would pick up the bags for, weigh them, and help us load the rock into our vehicle. Even though these guys are working their tails off in the yard, they as well showed great support in helping us.
We went back to Across the Pond this week and purchased some patio furniture that we had seen before. Although that set that we had seen before was no longer there, Christine helped us by showing us what they have in stock now and if we wanted something else, that we could special order that from the vendor, through Across the Pond.
We ended up with some patio furniture off of the show room floor and a fire pit table that Christine pointed us to in another building.
We will continue to buy more products from Across the Pond in the future. We do have a place that is closer to us, but customer satisfaction is one thing that drives us to keep coming back.

Namely, the little bit of furniture they have is not priced as low as a lot of other places for what you are getting. They do have a great selection of holiday deco stuff, kitchen and bath accessories!”

“So this is a part of Burke's Outlet. It's basically the home goods section that you will find in any Burke's Outlet. What was really nice about this, I thought they had a larger selection that what you normally find in a Burke's Outlet. The other really nice thing is they had more than one of most items. So, that allowed them to sell at a better price point. They had a good selection of chairs, tables, art work (see pics). I'm guessing they rotate stock based on the current season of the year. Check out is all done at the main check out space that is shared with Burke's Outlet. So you can shop on either side and pay just once. If you are shopping for some home décor of any kind, it would probably be worth stopping in here real quick, if they have what you are looking for it will have a pretty good price point.”

“When you are looking to buy your next bed/mattress, ask for JERRY DAVIS at Sleep Outfitters on Whitesburg.
We purchased a bed from Jerry over 3 years ago. Jerry is very knowledgeable and very patient, we were in the store for about three hours trying out beds and trying to decide. Whatever features we were looking for, he found the beds that had them!
This week we had an issue with the bed/remote, one side of the bed would not lift up on my Mom’s side of the bed.
I called Sleep Outfitters and spoke to Amanda, who was also very nice. Jerry returned my call and took care of our problem. He promptly sent out service men, at no charge to us, to take a look at the frames and the issue was that we needed a new remote. Jerry was kind enough to ask the service men to switch the lifting frames on each side of the bed so my Mom’s side would raise and she could get out of bed with ease.
We no longer had a warranty on the bed, it had expired. Jerry went above and beyond to help us get the situation taken care of with courtesy and professionalisms!
We ordered a new remote, it came quickly and the bed is like brand new!

“I was just visiting the area and I went in to find a particular green yarn. I am making a shawl for my niece's wedding and she asked for a sage green. There were so many choices here and when I found the color, there was only one left. I found a very helpful and very sweet lady named Sonya and asked her if there any left. She told me there was a truck coming in the next day. She took my name and number down and called me later to let me know she had found two other options, sent me a picture and then when I went back the next day, dug through all the boxes until she found what I needed. She went above and beyond her job to make sure something as simple as a couple packs of yarn were found. Thank you Sonya! You're the best! I will definitely send people your way! “I had visited Rooms to Go several years ago and was not impressed. However, I found a living room set i might like on their website and decided I would give them another shot. Leah Bailey is outstanding. She asked a few questions, then showed me the items I was interested in. To my surprise, she left me to mull things over and make a decision. No hype, no high pressure and no hovering over me. The items were what I wanted but her sales approach cinched the deal. Rooms to Go has a large selection of furniture to fit any budget.
