“COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!! Spent 2 days playing back and forth with a north Alabama dealer and a Florida dealer. My wife saw that Wards had the unit we were looking for just popped up on their website, I called AJ and gave him the numbers and the EXACT deal that I had at the other 2 dealers. He matched it NO QUESTIONS. The buying process for the most part, we handled over the phone. There was NO pressure during the process. I drove 30 minutes up to Troy AL and am super happy my wife looked again and saved us 3-5 hours of driving. Wards DESTROYED the Dothan dealerships price. The entire team at Wards is amazing. Sat and talked to me like we had been friends for years. Before I left, Brody (thanks buddy) made sure i knew how everything worked compared to my Polaris Ranger. “Brought my car in for an oil change yesterday, great job as always, great group of people in the auto center, 5 stars all day and night plus they are actually open 7 days a week. I even had a plant spill a while back in my passenger side, I cleaned up the best I could with my crappy shop vac and they vacuum the car up nice wasn't even part of what I thought they were going to do, checked all my lights everything tire pressure. They do a good job in the Troy Wallmart Auto Center, have good knowledge, I hope they are appreciated, thanks as always.”
