Slowest customer service EVER!!!!
Been in this line for at least 30 mins.
It’s like this every time I come. Def will have to switch pharmacies soon. Thought it was just mean, but all the other reviews are consistent with my sentiments as well.

Usually love this store but the pharmacy pick up window has been “ out of service” for a while, I was charged full price for my prescriptions even tho I HAVE insurance, and they didn’t have all of them ready at the same time even though they were requested at the same time. I was sent a message that the last one was ready immediately after I returned home thirty minutes away. I may be looking to take my business elsewhere.

They can afford everything but an additional person at the cashier at that pharmacy. She is so slow too, like super slow, and lines are so long and no one seemed to care. Moving my business to cvs. I used publix pharmacy for years, in 4 locations, this is definitely the worst. 45 minutes just to get to the cashier. And its the same stupid questions. How hard is it to get a bag off of a shelf? Get someone else or hire 2 people when it's busy! You lost many customers

Ladies in the pharmacy have always been very friendly. My prescriptions are waiting for me when I get to the store.

Really upset, because I wanted to love this pharmacy and make it my main one, but I’ve gone to this one maybe six times, total, and only one of those times was pleasant. Very busy, yes, but the customer service is terrible. The waits are looong and especially longer around any holidays. This last visit was my last for sure. My dr forgot to sign my prescription and the lady was very rude about it, told me they won’t fill it for me. My dr’s office was busy that day and my doc just forgot to do it. The lady could have been nice and told me that all I had to do was call and to get my doctor to send it over. Thank god, because I went up the road to the targetcvs for the first time and was welcomed with wonderful customer service; they even helped make my medication cheaper. If you’re thinking of switching, do it.

I was told my prescription would be ready at 7:15. Got to the pharmacy at 7:09. The lady then says it will be another 30-45 minutes. I’m hot at this moment so I called and talked to a tech who then told me it wouldn’t be ready until 8:30. Absolutely ridiculous and poor management! They need to get their act together!

Bring a lunch with you when you come! You’re going to be waiting at least a hour every time! Drive through is horrible! Also there is one woman that works there and she’s terribly rude. Older brunette.

Pharmacy is so slow . Better check your filled prescription because they get them wrong n short you on your prescription when filled . Better training needed for Pharmacy Techs.

It has been extremely difficult to get my refills in a timely manner. Sometimes they’re willing to admit that they’re just running behind and other times they make it seem like it’s unreasonable for me to expect that my prescriptions be filled by the time that they say they will be.

I frequent this Publix because of the location and the customer service. I love going to Publix no matter what location because of the consistency of great service and cleanliness across all locations. The Deli/Bakery/Fruit & Veggie section is my favorite because that's where I find most of my fresh ingredients. All items are always up to date and well kept. I also always find what I'm looking for, whenever I can't find it an associate is always close by to help me out! My only complaint is that during this particular visit I couldn't find any up to date Green Wise Turkey bacon because most packets were expired. I alerted the associate right away to ensure no other customer ended up buying expired meat. As a previous Store Associate I would always make sure to be on top of expiration dates when zoning aisles, that would be my only recommendation on top of making sure the store is neat and tidy. Overall great experience per usual! I love my local Publix! (:

This is literally THE worst Publix pharmacy!! It normally takes them 3 days to fill prescriptions. They will tell you it’s ready then when you go to pick up, it’s not and you will have to wait anywhere from a few hours or even another day for them to fill it. It is also impossible to get anyone on the phone. Tried calling 6 times today and was hung up on every time. I never had any issues with the Publix Pharmacy in Alabaster or Chelsea.

I’ve called on multiple occasions to make sure my RX’s were ready. Only to be told they were not ready & it would be the next day.
