The store is always clean and the associates are often described as friendly, sweet, hard-working, and very nice, with some providing award-winning service. Customers appreciate the wide selection, though some note the produce has been slacking lately and occasional inventory issues where items listed online are not in stock. The pharmacy receives high praise for its helpful staff and best prices, but some customers report problems and slow service, leading them to switch. Gray is the kindest young man I ever did meet, he always remembered my name and all around awesome. Clay was also so friendly and helpful every time abd also remembered my name. Now that I've moved away from Calera, I definitely miss these guys and the store in general. :(

There’s something about the employees at Publix that makes the difference. They all seem genuinely happy to be there. It’s a clean store, meat and produce are fresh, but the atmosphere is what sets them apart for me.
