Timberline Golf Club, located 20 miles south of the Birmingham Metro, is one of the premier golf courses in Alabama. (Update) The difference a few weeks can make. I played in a tournament day the course was in MUCH better shape,I couldn't believe how different it was today. Staff still friendly and helpful.The greens were slower,fairways pretty good and the course layout is what I like most about Timberline.

Fabulous Golf Course, with great amazing views. Definitely a bang for your buck food and golf wise. would recommend to others around if you are trying to have fun on the links. One of the best golf courses I've been to.
