“I'm very particular about my car, but after read the reviews I decided to give Prime Shine a try. I was NOT disappointed. Kaleb responded promptly to my inquiry. We set a date and he gave me a time and said he would call when they were headed my way. He arrived at the time given. Both Kaleb and Isaiah were very friendly and courteous. They started detailing my car immediately. My white Lexus RX350 is showroom beautiful. Most importantly,they are honest! Several months ago I dropped some cash between the seat and console. “My family and I were traveling back to New Orleans from my sister-in-law's wedding in Nashville, and our truck's serpentine belt and idler pulley broke. We were totally stranded with our two babies and a dead truck, six hours from home. It was after closing time, and my husband called multiple repair shops, but no one would help us. Magic City Auto Works came to the rescue! We had our truck towed over to Magic City Auto Works and were back on the road within hours. We were able to get home safely because of their kindness (and didn't go into debt because of their fair prices)!”

“I went through insurance. They were professional and took a lot of pictures. They made sure that any thing that appeared to be a result of the issue was documented. It took a while to order parts ( on backorder) but they tried to find other solutions, like preused parts ( also helps price). They did the work in less time then they predicted. And held my car for a week until I was able to get there.There was an issue with the glue that held the vinal in my car. I took it back and it was immediately fixed. They didn't complain or make excuses. He said the glue failed due to sitting in the heat and he would reapply and reset it. I haven't had issues since.Would definitely use them again and will definitely recommend.I had Josh M as the person managing my car. He is definitely good at his job and made me feel like I was in the best hands from the first moment.Please keep in mind sometimes you do have to wait. They are incredibly busy and the phone rang the entire time I was there, but they work as fast as they can while keeping up their standards”

“Just picked up my Ranger from Donnies. The job they did was perfect, no trace of previous damage to the bumper and rear bed. Paint looked as good as factory. State Farm had recommended Joe Hudson for repair, but about a week later than their estimate, State Farm called and said parts were not available, so I had a recommendation from a friend for Donnies. Brought it to them on Apr 5th and picked it up today, 14th. Donnie was able to find all parts needed, price was a few dollars less than Joe Hudson's estimate. Truck was returned to me clean and washed like new. These small trucks are increasing in value because of demand, thanks to Donnies it will still bring top dollar.
