“This particular location was well stocked and had someone to fill propane. The store was clean but the pet washing station was disgusting. I would not take my dog there to bathe them because it didn't appear to have ever been cleaned. I would have given 1 star on that alone but I didnt come to use it and the rest of the store was cleaner and more orderly than may other locations.”

“Someone recommended The Dog Stop to us, so we decided to try them on moving day. Our two very energetic! Puppies we're so exhausted when they got home. It was nice to just see them sleep and not bounce off the walls.”

“Used the self pet wash for the first time today. Plenty of room to bathe my 60lb dog and reasonably priced. However, the dilution bottles for the shampoo/conditioner were only labeled, for example, "oatmeal" rather than "oatmeal shampoo" so I didn't know which bottle was which. Luckily I had my own. Also, the piece that attaches the cone nozzle to the dryer hose on the far right tub was broken so I had to stretch the smaller hose from the smaller tub which just made drying take longer because I couldn't adequately reach all sides of my dog. These are all easy fixes. We'll still be back”

“Friendly employees and while there is a limited selection of cat toys, I was able to find a new toy for a new kitten we took in that showed up at my house. I'll definitely come back and happy that there are a couple stores in the Birmingham area but this trussville location has a better selection than the other stores in the area so I'll be back!”

“Great store! I love having this close to my home!!! It's fun to pop in there and get something I need or just walk around and look at everything!!The young men at the store are always so friendly and ask if they can help you find anything. But the women( not girls) are rude and almost haughty. There is one woman who, at first, I thought she must just be having a bad day. But each time I go in there, she is equally unfriendly and I always have to ask her to please put my stuff in a bag. She seems that she feels that she is doing me a huge favor to even wait on me so she can take my money. She is not a good representation of who Tractor Supply needs to have at the front and as the lead cashier. She has shoulder- length brown hair. I went today to buy something and I listened to the other cashier who was being helpful to her customer. The one I spoke of was there to doing her chore to wait on someone who needed to check-out.Thankfully, I was able to use the self checkout and the customer ahead of me was very friendly!!Wish it would wear off on this one woman. I wish she would have a good day because she just never seems to be.”

“Update: I wrote the following 1-star review because of a change that was made to the pet bathing area. I am happy to say that management listened to us and others who complained. There is now, again, an area with a low-velocity dryer. We used the area today and all was great again! Thank you Petsupermarket!

We have previously loved everything about this store, especially the pet bath. It was so convenient and while bathing our dog, we usually pick up merchandise. Today, my husband took our dog there for a bath and it was a very unpleasant experience for both him and our dog.

Pet Supermarket has removed the back table with a blower and the blowers in the stations are way too strong. They are not adjustable for intensity and it scared our dog. She was so uncomfortable that he could only get her halfway dry. The blower was also very loud.

My husband complained to a cashier, but he said that nothing that could be done about it. The cashier stated that other customers have also complained. I’m hoping a manager will do something to correct this situation.”

“I was nervous about leaving my dog with anyone but everyone there was very sweet and they kept me updated on how he was doing. He was very clean and happy when I picked him up.”
